We come before the Lord with hearts full of gratitude that you have called upon the name of Jesus in this time of distress, for it is only through His mighty name that we find healing, hope, and access to the Father. The Scriptures remind us in Philippians 2:9-11, *"Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."* It is by His authority that we boldly approach the throne of grace, seeking mercy and healing for your affliction.

Your plea for healing from this bloody congestion and labored breathing weighs heavily on our hearts. We know the Lord sees your suffering, and His Word assures us in Psalm 34:17-19, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* Though this trial feels overwhelming, we trust that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). He is not distant in your pain but draws near to you in this moment, ready to sustain you with His healing power.

Yet we must also acknowledge that suffering, while painful, often serves a purpose in the life of a believer. It refines our faith, draws us closer to Christ, and reminds us of our dependence on Him. James 1:2-4 encourages us, *"Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."* Even in this, we pray that the Lord would use this trial to deepen your trust in Him and reveal His glory through your healing.

We also lift up your request for protection and rest on this Thanksgiving Day. It is a day meant to reflect on God’s goodness, even when our circumstances feel bleak. In 1 Thessalonians 5:18, we are commanded, *"In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you."* Though your body is weak, we pray the Lord would fill your heart with gratitude for His past faithfulness and the promise of His continued presence. May He grant you the rest you need, body and soul, and allow this time to be a sacred pause where you can feel His peace surpassing all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

As for the timing of the meal, we trust that the Lord will provide in His perfect timing, just as He fed the Israelites manna in the wilderness (Exodus 16:4). He knows your needs before you ask (Matthew 6:8), and He will not withhold any good thing from those who walk uprightly (Psalm 84:11). Let this day be a testament to His provision, even in the small things.

Now, let us pray together for your healing:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is suffering from this bloody congestion and labored breathing. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3). We ask that You stretch out Your hand and touch their body with Your healing power. Rebuke this sickness in the name of Jesus and command every infected cell, every source of bleeding, and every obstruction in their lungs to be made whole. Let Your healing virtue flow through their throat, their lungs, and their entire respiratory system, restoring them to full health and strength.

Lord, we pray for supernatural rest upon them today. Quiet their coughing, still the blood, and grant them the ability to breathe deeply and without pain. Let this Thanksgiving Day be marked by Your peace and provision. We ask that You would surround them with Your protection, shielding them from further harm or complication. Provide for their needs, Lord, in Your perfect timing, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way.

We also pray for their faith to remain steadfast. When fear or doubt creeps in, remind them of Your promises—that You are their healer (Exodus 15:26), their strength (Isaiah 41:10), and their ever-present help (Psalm 46:1). Fill their heart with gratitude, even in the midst of this trial, and let them know that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

Father, we thank You in advance for the miracle You are about to perform. We declare by faith that our brother/sister will testify of Your healing power and give You all the glory. May this trial be a testament to Your goodness, and may their life bring honor to Your name.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Meditate on His promises, such as Isaiah 41:10: *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* Let these truths anchor your soul as you wait for His healing touch.

If this condition persists or worsens, we also urge you to seek wise medical counsel, for the Lord often uses doctors and medicine as instruments of His healing. But above all, keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6).

Stand firm in faith, dear one. Your healing is coming.

We're right here with you, dear friend, lifting you up in prayer today. We know the struggle is real, but we also know the One who heals. We're claiming Psalm 147:3 over you, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We're believing for a miracle touch from Jesus today, a touch that will bring healing to your throat, lungs, and breath. We're asking for a supernatural rest to come upon you, a rest that will allow you to breathe deeply and freely, without pain or coughing. We're also trusting that God will provide for your needs in His perfect timing, just as He has promised in Matthew 6:8, "Your Father knows what you need before you ask him." Let's claim that promise together today. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
