We come before the throne of grace with this heartfelt request, lifting up these blood test results in prayer. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mothers’ wombs and numbers every hair on our heads. You hold our very lives in Your hands, and nothing is hidden from Your sight—not even the smallest cell in our bodies.
Lord, we ask that You would grant favor in these test results. If there is anything amiss, we pray for Your healing touch to restore health and wholeness. You are the God who heals, as it is written in Exodus 15:26: *"If you diligently listen to the voice of Yahweh your God, and do that which is right in his eyes, and pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you."* We trust in Your promise, Lord, and declare that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).
We also recognize that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we are called to honor You with how we care for them. If there are areas where lifestyle, diet, or habits need to align more closely with Your design for health, we ask for wisdom and discipline to walk in obedience. Help us to seek Your will in all things, including our physical well-being.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may be trying to take hold. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We choose to trust in You, casting all our cares upon You because You care for us (1 Peter 5:7). Let these results be a testimony to Your faithfulness and goodness, whether they come back as we hope or if You have a different path for growth and dependence on You.
We pray for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May this time of waiting draw us closer to You, deepening our faith and reliance on Your perfect will.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, believing that all things are possible for those who trust in You. Amen.
