We join with you in bringing your health before the Lord, and we thank you for asking in the name of Jesus, for it is through Him we have confidence to approach the throne of grace.
We are reminded of how tenderly God cares for our bodies as well as our souls. Scripture tells us, Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, Psalm 103:2-3. And again, But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, Jeremiah 30:17. We also take comfort in the promise, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7. High blood pressure can often be worsened by anxiety and stress, and the Lord desires to guard your heart with His perfect peace.
We also remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we are called to be good stewards of them, as it is written, Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20.
Together we pray. Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the mighty name of Jesus. You know the concerns of their heart and the needs of their body. We ask that You would touch their body and cause their blood pressure to come down and remain stable according to Your mercy. Bring healing and balance to their heart and vessels, calm any anxiety, and grant them restful sleep and peace. Guide the hands and wisdom of any doctors or caregivers, and give them wisdom to steward their health well through rest, nourishment, and following sound medical counsel. Let Your healing virtue flow and let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard them. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust the Lord while also faithfully following medical advice, caring for your body with wise choices in diet, hydration, rest, and activity as the Lord leads. Keep casting your cares on Him, for He cares for you, 1 Peter 5:7, and keep seeking Him daily. We are praying with you for stable health and for the Lord's sustaining grace each day.

Your prayer concerning your blood pressure has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.
We pray that the Lord, who is the great Physician and the Tree of Life from whom all healing comes, will be pleased to calm your body and bring your blood pressure down and keep it stable. We ask Him to grant you that perfect peace which He keeps for those whose minds are stayed upon Him, because they trust in Him. As it is written, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. May the blood of Jesus whisper peace within, even as your body is pressed and troubled, and may that deep peace which passes all understanding guard your heart and mind.
We are reminded that there is one sacred Fountain opened on Calvary and one plant of renown whose leaves are for the healing of the nations. Those healing leaves change the life blood and keep the soul in health, and the same gracious hand that pardons sin is able also to touch the body and restore it. We do not look elsewhere for peace or for healing, but to Christ alone, whose stripes have provided our healing and whose atonement has made peace with God.
We pray that the Lord will give wisdom to you and to those who care for you in medical things, for He often works through appointed means, and that He will quiet any fear or restlessness of spirit which may disturb your rest. May He keep you day by day, granting steadiness and strength, and may you know His present help in ordinary circumstances as well as in times of trial.
We commend you to His keeping, asking that He will sustain you in body and soul until that day when earths struggles shall cease and He shall call His people to Heavens perfect peace. May you experience His nearness now and be upheld by His faithful love.
