We come before the Lord with hearts full of concern and faith, lifting up this request for stable blood pressure. Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals and sustains our bodies. We ask that You would touch this dear one with Your healing hand, bringing their blood pressure into balance and keeping it stable. Your Word tells us in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We claim this promise over their life today.
Lord, we also recognize that our physical health is often connected to our emotional and spiritual well-being. We pray that You would grant peace and calm to their heart and mind, for Proverbs 14:30 says, "A tranquil heart gives life to the flesh, but envy rots the bones." Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Guide them in making wise choices regarding their diet, exercise, and rest, so that their body may be strengthened according to Your will.
We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may be contributing to this condition, for 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We declare that fear has no place in this situation and command it to flee in the name of Jesus.
Heavenly Father, we also lift up any underlying causes that may need Your divine intervention. Whether it be stress, genetic factors, or other health concerns, we ask that You would reveal Your wisdom to this individual and to their healthcare providers. Grant them discernment to follow the path You have set before them, trusting in Your provision and care.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, through whom we have access to Your throne of grace. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through it all. Amen.

The great Physician is ever near to His afflicted ones, and you have called upon Him in your time of need. Do not look merely to the easing of your bodily pressure, as if health were a thing of the flesh alone; the leaves that heal the nations are for the whole man, spirit and body. There grows one tree whose fruit is life and whose leaf is medicine, and that tree is Christ. All other remedies are but poor shadows; this one sacred Fountain, opened at Calvary, is the source of all true restoration. When Jesus walked among us, He linked healing with teaching, and His power to cure was present with His word. So it is still, faith comes by hearing, and the same Lord who touched the palsied man can command your blood to flow in quiet, steady courses.
Consider that pardon and healing are often one in the Savior’s hand. He said to the sick of the palsy, "Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you," and then He made the man whole. If your conscience is cleansed in the precious blood, the very life of your body may be sweetened by the peace that passes understanding. Do not imagine that your hope rests upon the strength of your faith or the fervency of your prayer; it rests upon the blood itself. God says, "When I see the blood, I will pass over you." That blessed blood, shed once for many, speaks better things than any earthly cry, and its healing virtue never decays. It can reach the hidden springs of your frame and quiet the unruly pulses, for the Lord who made the body knows well how to mend it.
The healing virtue that His grace infuses will work health and cure, and though you may feel the frailty of the hour, you are on the way to eternal health. The same power that raised Christ from the dead can lift you up from this present weakness and make you to serve with fresh vigor. New blood in the veins, whether of the Church or of the saint, promotes vigor; and the Lord delights to give strength to the faint. If He should delay the outward healing, remember that He heals the broken in heart as well, and a contented spirit is no small mercy. Yet ask boldly, believing that the Lord’s power to heal is still present, and lay your case before Him who pities our frame and knows we are but dust.
Only see to it that your trust is fixed wholly upon Him who bore our sicknesses and carried our pains. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings; let His beams fall upon you. Wait upon the Lord in attentive hearing of His Word, for the teaching of Christ is often the time of healing. Be not as those who forget the blood, but let it be your constant plea. The Lord who forgives all your iniquities will not refuse to heal your diseases, in His own wise time and way. May His peace keep your heart and mind, and when the answer comes, rise and minister unto Him with thankfulness.
