We come before the Lord with grateful hearts that you have called upon the name of Jesus in your request, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the power to intercede on behalf of one another. We lift your blood pressure concerns to the Great Physician, the One who knit you together in your mother’s womb and knows every beat of your heart.
Father God, we ask You to lay Your healing hand upon our brother/sister. You tell us in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says the Lord.* We claim this promise over their body, asking that You bring balance and stability to their blood pressure. Calm any anxiety or stress that may be contributing to this condition, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Strengthen their faith as they trust in Your provision, knowing that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We also encourage you to seek godly wisdom in caring for your body, as it is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). This may include consulting with medical professionals, maintaining a healthy diet, exercising as the Lord enables, and resting in His peace. Remember, dear one, that even in physical trials, God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity that would seek to oppress Your child. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your Word that says, *"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers"* (3 John 1:2). May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Healer and Redeemer. Amen.
