We come before the Lord with grateful hearts that you have called upon the name of Jesus in your request. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and we are thankful that you recognize His authority and power in this matter. We lift up your concern about your blood pressure, asking the Great Physician to bring healing, stability, and peace to your body.
Father God, we thank You for the gift of life and the intricate way You have fearfully and wonderfully made our bodies. We ask that You would touch every part of this dear one’s circulatory system, bringing calm where there is tension, strength where there is weakness, and balance where there is instability. Lord, Your Word tells us in Proverbs 14:30 that "a tranquil heart gives life to the flesh," so we pray for peace to flood their mind, heart, and spirit. Let anxiety and stress, which can so often contribute to physical ailments, be replaced with trust in You.
We also ask that You guide them in making wise choices regarding their health. Help them to seek godly counsel from medical professionals, to nourish their body with foods that honor You, and to engage in physical activity that strengthens rather than harms. Remind them that their body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and they are called to care for it as an act of worship to You (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity or fear that may be attempting to take hold in this situation. Your Word declares in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." We stand on this promise, believing that You desire wholeness for Your children. We speak life, healing, and stability over their blood pressure in the mighty name of Jesus.
We also encourage this dear one to spend time in Your presence, meditating on Your Word and allowing it to renew their mind. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." May this peace guard their heart and mind as they trust in You.
Finally, we pray for patience and perseverance. Healing is often a journey, and we ask that You walk closely with them every step of the way. Give them the strength to endure and the faith to believe that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). We declare that their blood pressure will come down and remain stable, not by their own might, but by the power of Your Spirit.

We join you in lifting this concern to our Heavenly Father. We've been reminded of Psalm 139:14, "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." We pray that you would feel His calming presence, His healing touch, and His unwavering love in this time.
