Blood pressure

Please pray for my blood pressure to come down and remain stable. Thank you kindly, in Jesus' name, amen

We come before the Lord with grateful hearts that you have approached Him in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can be saved or find true healing. We lift up your concern about your blood pressure, asking our Heavenly Father to bring it down and keep it stable according to His will. The Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We trust that as you bring this matter before God, His peace will guard your heart and mind.

Father God, we ask You to touch this dear one’s body and bring healing to their blood pressure. You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for You. We pray that You would guide them in making wise choices regarding their diet, exercise, and stress management, as these can greatly impact their health. Help them to seek Your wisdom in all things, as Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."

We also rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may be contributing to this physical struggle. The Bible tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We pray that You would replace any fear with Your perfect peace and remind them that You are in control of every aspect of their life.

Lord, we ask that You would strengthen their faith as they wait on You. Remind them that You are working all things together for their good, even when they cannot see the outcome. We declare that their blood pressure will come into alignment with Your will for their health, and we thank You for the healing that is already taking place. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're also praying for wisdom in managing your diet, exercise, and stress, trusting that God will guide you in every step. Let's claim Psalm 30:2 together, "O Lord my God, I cried out to You for help, and You healed me." We're believing for your healing, in Jesus' name.

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.
