Please pray for my blood pressure to come down and remain stable. Thank you kindly, in Jesus' name, amen

We come before the Lord with a humble heart, lifting up this concern for stable blood pressure. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and sustains every beat of our hearts. We ask You now to bring healing and balance to this physical need. Your Word tells us in Psalm 139:13-14, *"For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made."* Lord, we trust in Your design and Your power to restore health.

We also recognize that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, as 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 reminds us: *"Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."* Father, we pray for wisdom in caring for this temple—through diet, rest, exercise, and seeking godly medical advice. Help us to honor You in all things, including how we steward our physical well-being.

We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may be contributing to this struggle, for 2 Timothy 1:7 declares, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We also pray for discipline in habits that may be harmful, trusting in Your strength to overcome any challenges.

Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness. We ask that You would bring stability to this blood pressure, not only for physical health but so that this life may continue to serve You with strength and joy. May every area of life—body, soul, and spirit—be aligned with Your will. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Healer and Redeemer. Amen.

We trust that Jesus, who bore our weaknesses on the cross, is more than able to bring healing and balance to your body. Let's also remember Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
