Blood pressure

Please pray for my blood pressure to come down and remain stable. Thank you kindly, in Jesus' name, amen

We come before the Lord with hearts full of concern for your health, lifting up your request for stable blood pressure. The Bible reminds us in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." Your physical well-being matters deeply to God, and we join with you in seeking His healing and sustaining grace.

Father God, we ask You to lay Your healing hands upon our brother/sister. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to bring peace and stability to their body. Calm any anxiety or stress that may be contributing to this condition, for You have told us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Lord, grant them this peace that surpasses understanding.

We also encourage you to seek wise medical counsel and take practical steps to care for your body, as it is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Be mindful of your diet, exercise, and rest, surrendering each aspect of your health to the Lord. Trust in His provision and timing, knowing that He works all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28).

Heavenly Father, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity or fear that may be attempting to take hold in this situation. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on this promise today. Strengthen our brother/sister’s faith as they wait on You, and fill them with hope and assurance in Your unfailing love. May their blood pressure stabilize according to Your perfect will, and may they experience Your peace and presence in every moment. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
