We come before the Lord with a heart of concern for your health, lifting up your request for stable blood pressure. The Bible reminds us in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." Your physical well-being matters deeply to God, and we join with you in seeking His healing touch.
Heavenly Father, we ask You to lay Your healing hands upon our brother/sister. We pray for Your peace to guard their heart and mind, for anxiety and stress can often contribute to high blood pressure. Lord, grant them wisdom to make choices that honor You—through proper rest, nourishment, and self-care. Help them to trust in You rather than be overwhelmed by fear or worry. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name and declare that their body will function as You designed it to. May their blood pressure stabilize, and may they experience Your strength and renewal each day.
We also encourage you to seek godly wisdom in managing your health. Proverbs 3:7-8 says, "Don’t be wise in your own eyes. Fear Yahweh, and depart from evil. It will be health to your body, and nourishment to your bones." Consider consulting with medical professionals, maintaining a balanced lifestyle, and surrendering your cares to the Lord. Remember, your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and caring for it is an act of worship.
Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your goodness and mercy, knowing that You are the Great Physician. Strengthen our brother/sister in faith and grant them patience as they wait on You. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
