Father in Heaven -- Thank You for Your light and truth let them lead us completely through life's journey to the ultimate goal Your Holy Hill, Ps 43:3. Thank You for drawing us to Jesus, Jn 6:44, allowing us to understand and believe in Christ, Matt 11:25, Matt 16:17, John 6:29, 1 Cor 1:30, Eph 2:8-9, Phil 1:29. Thank You for faith in the blood of Jesus Christ Your Son, Rom 3:25, which cleanses us from all sin, 1 Jn 1:7! Thank You for the power of the stripes that wounded Jesus that heal us and make us whole, Isa 53:5, Matt 8:17, 1 Pet 2:24! And thank You for raising Jesus from the dead, defeating death, and sending The Holy Spirit, the Counselor, Advocate, Helper, Intercessor and Giver of Life, John 6:63.

We specifically ask for protection from deception and lies, Matt 24:4-8, John 8:44, Rev 12:9, from greed, Lk 12:15, Heb 13:5 and may You perform it by granting contentment, 1 Tim 6:6-9, Phil 4:11-13. Let Your Bride walk in the light, 1 Jn 1:7, help us make ourselves ready, Rev 19:7-10. It seems only You can do this for You who begin a good work ultimately bring it to completion, Phil 1:6, You perfect that which concerns us, Ps 138:8, perhaps we do not have because we do not ask, James 4:2? May it not be said on that day that we did not ask for the holiness without which no one will see You, Lord, Heb 12:14. Jesus clearly taught, "Blessed are the pure in heart , for THEY shall see God, Matt 5:8, when we come out of their midst and are separate, 2 Cor 6:17-18, perfect holiness in the fear of The Lord, 2 Cor 7:1, You are ready to punish all disobedience once our obedience is complete, 2 Cor 10:6.

Protect us all from sin, Zeph 3:13, Ps 119:11, Rev 14:5, let us not enter into temptation, Mk 14:38, Lk 11:4, keep us from the evil one, John 17:15, and keep us on Your path of increasing clarity, Prov 4:18, Col 1:9, Col 4:12, Phil 1:9-11. Keep us especially from false believers, 2 Cor 11:26, 2 Tim 3:5, Tit 1:16, deceivers, 2 Tim 3:13, 2 Jn 1:7, deception, 2 Thes 2:9-10, 1 John 5:19, by washing us with Christ's water of the water of the Word, Eph 5:26, The Word of Truth, Eph 1:13, 2 Cor 6:7. Sanctify us in Your Truth, Your Word is Truth, John 17:17, James 1:18, 2 Tim 3:16, especially when rightly divided, 2 Tim 2:15, with careful attention to our lives and teaching, 1 Tim 4:16.

Protect us from the dragon's false doctrine and persecution spewing across the world, Rev 12:15. Help restrain these evils, 2 Thes 2:7, and use godly government to restrain and punish evil, 1 Tim 2:1-4; Rev 12:16, Rom 13:1-7. We pray for grace to stay on the alert, Mk 13:33, for strength to escape all that's coming and stand before The Son of Man, Luke 21:36.

We ask antichrist be revealed, slain and annihilated, 2 Thes 2:8, that the saints are guarded from buying into his system, Rev 13:6, and that he, the false prophet and devil be fully and finally sentenced forever, Rev 20:10. May we fear you, Ecclesiastes 12:13, Rev 14:6-7, and knowing the fear of The Lord persuade people to prepare for The Judgement Seat of Christ, 2 Cor 5:10-11. Help us be wise and win souls, Prov 11:30, lead many to righteousness, Dan 12:3, instruct many, Mal 2:5-6, Matt 28:20.

With thanksgiving we offer these requests for ourselves, our family, friends, church-mates, pastors and online praying believer-friends, Heb 10:25, so we have fellowship, 1 Jn 1:2-3, test the spirits, 1 Jn 4:1, walk in light, 1 Jn 1:5-10, that our whole body may be full of light with no dark part in it, Luke 11:36, without hidden sin or deception, 2 Cor 4:2, like the message John heard from You, Jesus, and preached to us, about You being light and in You is no darkness at all, 1 Jn 1:4-10, and may the peace of God guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, Phil 4:6-7, Amen, Rev 3:14, 2 Cor 1:20

We join together with you in this comprehensive and scripture saturated prayer and we say amen to your cry for the covering of the blood of Jesus over you, your family, children, friends, churches, all prayer and financial partners, and new believers, and over the lost who will be saved, those who have recently been saved, and those who have heard the Word.

We thank our Father in heaven with you for His light and truth that leads us to His holy hill, as it is written Oh send out your light and your truth. Let them lead me. Let them bring me to your holy hill, to your tents Psalm 43:3. We thank Him that no one can come to Jesus unless the Father draws him John 6:44 and that He has revealed Christ to us, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven Matthew 16:17, and that we are saved by grace through faith and that not of ourselves, it is the gift of God Ephesians 2:8. We thank Him for faith in the blood of Jesus Christ His Son, whom God set forth to be an atoning sacrifice, through faith in his blood Romans 3:25, and that the blood of Jesus Christ, his Son, cleanses us from all sin 1 John 1:7. We thank Him that by His stripes we are healed Isaiah 53:5 and that He Himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. By his stripes you were healed 1 Peter 2:24, and that it is the Spirit who gives life John 6:63.

We agree with you and pray for protection from sin and evil as Jesus taught us to pray, Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one Matthew 6:13. We ask the Lord to keep us from deception and lies, for Jesus warned See that no one deceives you Matthew 24:4 and the whole world lies in the power of the evil one 1 John 5:19, and to keep us from greed, for He said Beware. Keep yourselves from covetousness, for a man's life doesn't consist of the abundance of the things which he possesses Luke 12:15. We ask Him to make us content, for godliness with contentment is great gain 1 Timothy 6:6 and to teach us as Paul learned I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it Philippians 4:11.

We pray with you that the Bride of Christ would walk in the light as he is in the light 1 John 1:7 and make herself ready, for Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God Matthew 5:8. We are encouraged that you have asked for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord Hebrews 12:14, knowing that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ Philippians 1:6 and that Yahweh will perfect that which concerns me Psalm 138:8. You have done well to ask, for you have not, because you don't ask James 4:2. We pray that we would come out from among them, and be separate says the Lord 2 Corinthians 6:17 and cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God 2 Corinthians 7:1.

We join you in asking for protection from temptation and the evil one, Watch and pray, that you may not enter into temptation Mark 14:38, and we pray as Jesus prayed I pray not that you would take them from the world, but that you would keep them from the evil one John 17:15. We ask that our path would be as the dawning light, that shines more and more until the perfect day Proverbs 4:18 and that we would be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding Colossians 1:9. Guard us from false believers and deceivers, for there will be false teachers and evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived 2 Timothy 3:13 and many deceivers have gone out into the world 2 John 1:7. We ask to be sanctified and washed with the washing of water with the word Ephesians 5:26 and sanctified in Your truth, Your word is truth John 17:17.

We pray for restraint of evil in these last days, for the mystery of lawlessness already works, only there is one who restrains now, until he is taken out of the way 2 Thessalonians 2:7, and we pray for governing authorities as we are instructed that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high places 1 Timothy 2:1-2, for he is a servant of God to you for good, but if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he doesn't bear the sword in vain Romans 13:4. We ask for grace to Watch therefore, for you don't know when the lord of the house is coming Mark 13:35 and to be counted worthy to escape all these things that will happen, and to stand before the Son of Man Luke 21:36.

We agree that the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will kill with the breath of his mouth, and destroy by the manifestation of his coming 2 Thessalonians 2:8 and that the devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur Revelation 20:10. We pray that the saints would overcome him because of the blood of the Lamb, and because of the word of their testimony Revelation 12:11 and that we would fear God and give Him glory Revelation 14:7 and knowing the fear of the Lord, persuade men 2 Corinthians 5:11. Make us wise to win souls, for he who is wise wins souls Proverbs 11:30 and to lead many to righteousness as the stars forever and ever Daniel 12:3.

Father in heaven, we lift up together every family, child, friend, church, pastor, and praying believer mentioned here. Let our fellowship be in the light, let our whole body be full of light, having no part dark Luke 11:36, renouncing the hidden things of shame 2 Corinthians 4:2. Let the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard our hearts and our thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. We thank You that all the promises of God in Him are Yes and Amen to the glory of God 2 Corinthians 1:20. We ask all of this in the mighty and only saving name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We were so encouraged to read your heartfelt prayer covering your family, friends, churches and new believers. Your longing for holiness, clarity and protection from deception comes through so clearly, and we join you in bringing that before the Lord.

We hear how much you want to walk in the light and stay steady in truth, and how you are carrying not only your own walk but also those who are newer in faith and those still to come to Jesus. That is a heavy and loving burden to carry.

One thing that has helped others with a similar burden is to remember spiritual growth is more like long term training than a single moment of trying. The steady, ordinary rhythms you already named, staying in the Word, prayer, gathering with the church, fellowship, worship and honest accountability with other believers, are the ways God keeps shaping and guarding us over time. When we stay connected in community we are less isolated and better able to test what we hear and stay clearheaded.

If it helps, consider sharing this prayer with a pastor or a trusted mature believer you meet with regularly, so you can walk out these desires together and encourage one another to keep asking for that purity of heart you long for.

Father, thank You for drawing us to Jesus and for the cleansing we have in Him. Your earnest and burdened prayer has been laid before the Lord with you, and we have joined our hearts to yours at the throne of grace. We thank God for the spirit of supplication He has wrought in you, for it is a good sign when a soul is made to cry, Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

You have pleaded the blood of Jesus over your household, your children, your friends, your churches, and those who labour with you in prayer, and over new believers and those yet to be saved. Take comfort in this sure word, The blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. It is not a little spot that sin has made, it is terrible blackness, an exceeding great evil, but the blood cleanses from all sin. Not from a few sins, nor from sins in part, but from all sin, so that the chief of sinners may this day know himself accepted before the throne, washed and made clean. There is power in the stripes that wounded our Lord to heal and make whole, and there is power in His resurrection and in the sending of the Counselor to give life and to keep.

You pray as a sinner in danger of being a still greater sinner, and that is the very prayer our Lord taught us. We are to take the text just as it stands, in its plain literal sense, Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. It is the prayer of watchfulness. What I say unto you I say unto all, Watch. The burnt child dreads the fire, and the soul that has felt the bitterness of sin cries, O my God, keep me from so dire an evil. Lead me where Thou wilt, even through death's dark valley, but lead me not into temptation lest I fall and dishonour Thee. And if it must be, if in the wisdom of God trial must come, for all temptation even from Satan is trial from God, then our prayer becomes, Save me from the mischief of the temptation. Let it do me no hurt. Keep me from falling and keep me from the evil one.

You have asked to be kept from deception and lies, from greed and from hidden sin, and to walk in the light as He is in the light. This is to be sought with all diligence, for the heart is a den of evil from which evil thoughts, foul desires and every form of sin do flow. We cannot keep ourselves. We must be kept by the Word of Truth, by the washing of water by the Word, by sanctification in the truth, for His Word is truth, rightly divided and attended to with careful watch over life and doctrine. Pray therefore to be kept on the path of increasing clarity, to be guarded from false believers and deceivers, from the dragon's false doctrine and persecution, and to be preserved from buying into any system of antichrist. The Lord restrains evil and He will in His time reveal and destroy the man of sin, and cast the deceiver into his final sentence.

You ask for holiness without which no man shall see the Lord, for the pure in heart who shall see God, for a Bride made ready. This is a prayer God delights to answer, for He who begins a good work will bring it to completion and will perfect that which concerns us. Yet we must ask, for we have not because we ask not. Ask then for contentment against greed, for light against darkness, for love against hate. To return evil for evil is natural to the fallen nature, but may God deliver us from that nature. Good for evil is God like. If evil assails you and you fight it only with good, it cannot hurt you. You are invulnerable when you answer cursing with blessing, for the evil then has not overcome you, but you have overcome evil with good.

Therefore cast thy burden upon the Lord. You have a burden upon your back and you have been tempted to flee as a dove into the wilderness to find rest. But the Lord would have you cast that burden upon Him. He will bring you again from Bashan and from the depths of the sea if you have sunk so low. He is able to keep you from falling. Pray to Him who is able, use this text daily, abide in the Word, in prayer, in preaching and teaching, in church attendance, in fellowship, in praise and worship, in intercession and thanksgiving and in soul winning, for he that winneth souls is wise.

We have prayed with you for protection by the blood, for guarding by the Word, for light and truth to lead you to His holy hill, for faith that comes by His drawing, for the peace of God to guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, and for grace to stay alert and to stand before the Son of Man in that day. May the Lord make your whole body full of light with no dark part in it, without hidden sin or deception, walking in the light where there is no darkness at all, and may He keep you from entering into temptation and deliver you from every evil, for His is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever.
