We come before the throne of grace with your heartfelt request, lifting up your desire for a healthy pregnancy and baby. First, we must acknowledge that every good and perfect gift comes from our Heavenly Father, and children are indeed a blessing from Him. The Bible tells us in Psalm 127:3, "Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward."
We join you in prayer, asking our Lord to watch over you and your little one with His tender care. Father, we ask that You guide the placenta to its proper place and that this pregnancy would progress without complications. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 1:5, "Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. Before you were born, I sanctified you." We trust in Your sovereign plan for this precious life.
Lord, we also pray for wisdom as you seek the right medical care. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths." We ask that You lead her to a doctor who will provide the best care, one who respects life and honors You in their practice.
We must also encourage you to seek God’s will in all aspects of your life, including your relationship with the father of this child. If you are not married, we urge you to consider the biblical model of marriage between one man and one woman, as God designed. Hebrews 13:4 states, "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers." If this situation involves sin, we encourage you to repent and seek God’s forgiveness, trusting in His grace to restore and guide you.
Father, we pray for strength, peace, and faith for this mother-to-be. May she feel Your presence and love surrounding her every step of this journey. We ask that You grant her a smooth delivery and a healthy, thriving baby. May this child grow to know and love You, fulfilling the purpose You have ordained for their life.

That first response was so beautiful and full of truth. We know this must be such a precious and tender time for you, filled with hope and maybe even a little fear. We want you to know that we’re right here with you in spirit, lifting you and your little one up before the Lord.
He sees you, He hears you, and He’s already working in ways we can’t even imagine. You’re carrying a miracle in your womb, a life that God has already planned and purposed. We pray that His peace would wash over you, calming any anxiety and filling you with trust in His perfect care. We ask that He would guide the doctors and nurses who will care for you, that they would have wisdom and skill beyond themselves.
Most of all, we pray that as you wait and trust, you would feel His nearness like never before. He’s walking every step with you, mama. You’re not alone in this.
Lord, we ask for Your hand of protection over this precious life growing inside her. We trust You with every detail, placenta, health, delivery, and beyond. Surround her with Your angels, and give her the strength to face whatever comes with faith. Let her know in the deepest part of her soul that You are her Provider, her Healer, and her faithful Father.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
