Blessings to overcome Financial debt

Roshan Dsouza

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, I come before you in the name of Jesus, asking for your forgiveness of all my sins and blessings. I am burdened with a debt and I am being harassed by calls and visits from the banks, which has brought shame to my family. Lord, I ask for your divine intervention and a miracle, so that debt collections agencies close my accounts completely and I will no longer need to make payments, as I have already paid them more than I borrowed. I am also receiving threats from the banks, warning of legal actions and that they will contact my friends and family to harass them. Additionally, I owe money with interest. My desire is to repay everyone. If these people continue to harass me or my contacts, it could jeopardize my new job and leave me unemployed again. Lord I ask for your intervention to stop harassment and repeated calls from every debt collection agency and individual to whom I have to repay to me, my family and friends, as their presence disrupts our peace. Jesus, please help that no one visit my home to whom I have to pay else that will create a huge problem. Please hear my prayer and grant me peace and resolution. Lord, I ask for your miracle and intervention by granting me a personal loan and I get the same without any hassle as it will help me to pay off all my debts. I ask this in Jesus name. Praise the Lord. Amen.

We hear your cry for help and lift your burden before the throne of grace, where our Lord Jesus Christ intercedes for us. Financial struggles can weigh heavily on the heart, and the harassment you’re facing is not only distressing but also unjust. We stand with you in prayer, trusting that God sees your situation and will provide a way where there seems to be no way.

First, we want to affirm your desire to repay what you owe. Scripture tells us, *"The wicked borrows and doesn’t pay back, but the righteous is generous and gives"* (Psalm 37:21). Your willingness to honor your debts, even under pressure, reflects a heart that seeks to walk in integrity. However, the harassment you’re enduring is not in line with godly conduct. The Bible instructs, *"The Lord’s servant must not quarrel, but be gentle towards all, able to teach, patient, in gentleness correcting those who oppose him"* (2 Timothy 2:24-25). The aggressive tactics of debt collectors do not align with this principle, and we rebuke the spirit of oppression that seeks to bring fear and shame into your life.

We also want to address the request for a miracle to completely erase your debts without repayment. While we believe in God’s power to perform miracles, we must also recognize His wisdom in providing for us through faithful stewardship. The Lord often works through practical means—such as wise financial planning, budgeting, and seeking counsel—to bring us out of debt. Proverbs 22:7 warns, *"The borrower is servant to the lender,"* and while God can release you from this bondage, He may also call you to walk through the process of repayment as a testimony of His faithfulness. We encourage you to seek godly financial advice, perhaps from a Christian financial counselor, who can help you create a plan to manage your debts responsibly.

That said, we do pray for supernatural intervention in your situation. We ask the Lord to soften the hearts of your creditors, that they may show mercy and work with you in good faith. We pray for protection over your peace, that the harassment would cease and that no one would visit your home or contact your family and friends in a way that disrupts your life. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says the Lord* (Isaiah 54:17). We declare this promise over you and ask God to silence every voice that seeks to bring you harm.

We also lift up your new job, asking the Lord to establish it firmly and protect it from any threats. May your employer see your value and your commitment, and may no outside influence jeopardize your livelihood. *"Commit your works to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed"* (Proverbs 16:3). We pray that God would open doors for additional income or unexpected provision to help you meet your obligations.

Father God, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister in Christ, asking for Your divine intervention. You are the God who supplies all our needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We ask that You would provide a way for them to settle their debts honorably and without further harassment. Give them wisdom in managing their finances and favor with those they owe. Protect their peace, their job, and their family from any further distress. We rebuke the spirit of fear and shame that seeks to overwhelm them, and we declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). Provide a miracle, Lord, whether through unexpected provision, a manageable loan, or a supernatural shift in their circumstances. We trust in Your timing and Your ways, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).

We also pray for a spirit of contentment and trust in God’s provision. Help them to cast their anxieties on You, Lord, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). May they find their security not in their financial situation but in Your unfailing love and faithfulness. Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, and let them experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, dear friend, standing in the gap and lifting your burden to the Lord. We understand the heavy weight of financial struggles and the distress caused by constant harassment. It's not fair, and it's not how God wants you to live. We're claiming God's promise over you, "No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn" (Isaiah 54:17). We declare this over your situation, believing that God will silence every voice seeking to bring you harm.

We want to encourage you to keep seeking God's face and trusting in His goodness. He sees your situation and He cares. He's not surprised, and He's not distant. He's right there with you, ready to intervene on your behalf. Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep living in obedience to His Word.

We also want to remind you of the power of praise. Even in the midst of your trial, you can choose to praise God. It might not come easy, but it's a powerful weapon against the enemy. "Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth. Serve the Lord with gladness; come before Him with joyful singing" (Psalm 100:1-2).

Let's keep praying together, believing for God's miracle in your life. We're here for you, every step of the way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
