First, we want to acknowledge your desire to repay what you owe. Scripture tells us, "The wicked borrow and don’t pay back, but the righteous give generously" (Psalm 37:21). Your heart to honor your obligations is commendable, and we believe God sees your integrity in this matter. However, we must also address the reality of the situation with wisdom. The harassment you’re facing from debt collectors is not only unethical but also unlawful in many cases. The Bible instructs us, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men" (Romans 12:18). While you seek to make things right, you also have the right to set boundaries and seek protection from abusive practices.
