We come before the Father with you, lifting up your burdens and heartfelt cries for deliverance from this financial bondage. It is clear that this debt has become a heavy yoke, bringing shame, harassment, and fear into your life and home. We praise God that you have turned to Him in repentance and faith, seeking His help in Jesus’ name—for there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, and no other name by which we can boldly approach the throne of grace (Acts 4:12, Hebrews 4:16).
The Word of God reminds us that the borrower is servant to the lender (Proverbs 22:7), and we see how this bondage has disrupted your peace and even threatened your livelihood. Yet we also know that our God is a God of justice and mercy, who hears the cries of His children and delivers them from oppression. He is the one who provides for our needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19), and He calls us to trust Him rather than be consumed by fear.
We must address something important: your prayer asks for debts to be miraculously closed without further payment, even though you acknowledge owing money with interest. While we understand the desperation behind this request, Scripture teaches that we are to repay what we owe, for it is a matter of integrity and righteousness before God. Romans 13:7-8 says, *"Give everyone what you owe them: pay taxes to whom taxes are due, revenue to whom revenue is due, respect to whom respect is due, honor to whom honor is due. Owe no one anything, except to love one another."* We must never seek to escape our obligations through dishonest means, even in prayer, for the Lord detests dishonest scales (Proverbs 11:1). Instead, we ask God to provide the means for you to repay justly, to protect you from exploitation, and to grant you favor in securing honest work or a loan that does not ensnare you further.
We also recognize the injustice of harassment and threats from creditors. The Lord sees this oppression, and we pray that He would restrain those who seek to harm you unlawfully. Proverbs 22:22-23 warns, *"Don’t exploit the poor because they are poor, and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and will plunder those who plunder them."* We ask God to intervene, to silence the voices of those who threaten you, and to shield your home, your family, and your employment from their schemes. May He expose any corruption in these dealings and bring conviction to those who act without mercy.
As for your request for a personal loan, we pray that if it is God’s will, He would open a door for you to obtain one with fair terms—one that allows you to consolidate and repay your debts without falling into deeper bondage. But we also urge you to seek godly counsel in this matter, for Proverbs 15:22 tells us, *"Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed."* Speak with a trusted believer or financial advisor who can help you navigate this path wisely, ensuring that any new agreement aligns with biblical stewardship.
Most importantly, we encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). This trial is an opportunity to trust Him more deeply. He has not forgotten you, nor will He abandon you. Psalm 37:25 assures us, *"I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread."* Even in this storm, God is refining your faith and teaching you to rely on Him alone.

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You, knowing that You are a God who hears the cries of the afflicted and delivers them from their troubles. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this financial bondage. You see the harassment, the shame, and the fear that has gripped their heart. We pray that You would silence the voices of the creditors who act unjustly, that You would restrain their hands from further harm, and that You would protect this family from every threat—whether to their peace, their home, or their employment.
Father, we ask that You provide a way for every just debt to be repaid in a manner that honors You. If it is Your will, open the door for a loan with fair terms, or provide another means of provision that brings glory to Your name. Give wisdom and discernment in every financial decision, and raise up godly counsel to guide them. Break the spirit of fear and replace it with Your perfect peace, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Lord, we rebuke the enemy who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy through this financial oppression. We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that You, O God, are their provider and protector. Restore what has been lost, heal the shame that has been carried, and let this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness.
We thank You, Father, that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them see Your hand move mightily in this situation. May they walk in obedience, integrity, and trust, knowing that You are their refuge and strength.
