We come before the Father with you, lifting up your burdens and seeking His divine wisdom and provision in this time of financial distress. It is clear that the weight of debt and the harassment you are facing have brought great anxiety and shame, but we are reminded in **1 Peter 5:7** to *"cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."* You have done well to bring this before the Lord, and we stand with you in prayer, trusting that He will provide a way where there seems to be none.
First, we must address the desire for debts to be miraculously erased without repayment. While we serve a God of miracles, Scripture teaches us the importance of integrity and responsibility in our financial dealings. **Psalm 37:21** tells us, *"The wicked borrow, and don’t pay back, but the righteous give generously."* Though the burden feels overwhelming, we encourage you to seek God’s guidance on how to honorably fulfill your obligations, even as you ask for His supernatural intervention. It may be that He provides a way for you to repay what is owed without the crushing weight of interest or harassment. **Proverbs 22:7** reminds us that *"the borrower is servant to the lender,"* and we pray that the Lord would break this bondage over your life, not by dismissing the debt unjustly, but by providing the means for you to settle it in a way that glorifies Him.
The harassment you are experiencing is grievous, and we rebuked the spirit of oppression and fear that seeks to torment you and your family. The Lord sees the threats and the shame being inflicted upon you, and He is not indifferent. **Exodus 14:14** declares, *"Yahweh will fight for you, and you shall be still."* We pray that the Lord would silence the voices of those who seek to humiliate and intimidate you. May He place a hedge of protection around your home, your job, and your reputation, so that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**). If there are legal threats, we ask that the Lord would confuse the plans of those who seek to harm you and turn their intentions away from you (**Job 5:12-13**). May He grant you favor with your employers so that your job remains secure, and may He shield your family and friends from any involvement in this matter.
As for your request for a personal loan to consolidate your debts, we pray that if this is God’s will, He would open the right doors for you to obtain it without predatory terms or further financial bondage. However, we also encourage you to seek godly counsel—perhaps from a trusted pastor or financial advisor within the church—who can help you steward your resources wisely and navigate this season with biblical principles. **Proverbs 15:22** says, *"Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established."* Do not walk this path alone; allow the body of Christ to support and guide you.
We also sense the need to remind you that while financial freedom is a worthy prayer, your ultimate security is found in Christ alone. **Matthew 6:31-33** commands us, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."* In this season, draw near to Him. Let this trial drive you deeper into dependence on His provision rather than fear or despair.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You, knowing that You are a God who sees their affliction and hears their cries. Lord, You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we ask that You would make a way where there seems to be no way. Father, we rebuked every spirit of harassment, shame, and fear that has attached itself to this financial burden. Silence the voices of the enemy that seek to torment and threaten. Protect their home, their job, and their family from any further distress. Lord, if there has been any unwise stewardship or sin in this matter, we ask for Your forgiveness and wisdom to move forward in integrity.
We pray for supernatural favor in their financial affairs. If it is Your will, provide the means for them to consolidate or repay these debts in a way that brings glory to Your name. Close the mouths of those who seek to exploit or humiliate them. Give them wisdom to seek godly counsel and to manage their resources in a way that honors You. Father, we ask that You would also guard their heart against bitterness or despair. Remind them that their worth is not found in their financial status but in their identity as Your beloved child.
Lord, we ask that You would provide for their every need—whether through a loan, a job opportunity, or an unexpected blessing. Let them experience Your miraculous provision, so that their testimony would be a light to others of Your faithfulness. And above all, Father, draw them closer to You through this trial. Let them seek first Your Kingdom and trust in Your perfect timing.
We declare peace over their mind and heart, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (**Romans 8:28**). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them rest in the assurance that You are their Provider and Protector.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
