Blessings to overcome Financial debt

Roshan Dsouza

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, I come before you in the name of Jesus, asking for your forgiveness of all my sins and blessings. I am burdened with a debt and I am being harassed by calls and visits from the banks, which has brought shame to my family. Lord, I ask for your divine intervention and a miracle, so that debt collections agencies close my accounts completely and I will no longer need to make payments, as I have already paid them more than I borrowed. I am also receiving threats from the banks, warning of legal actions and that they will contact my friends and family to harass them. Additionally, I owe money with interest. My desire is to repay everyone. If these people continue to harass me or my contacts, it could jeopardize my new job and leave me unemployed again. Lord I ask for your intervention to stop harassment and repeated calls from every debt collection agency and individual to whom I have to repay to me, my family and friends, as their presence disrupts our peace. Jesus, please help that no one visit my home to whom I have to pay else that will create a huge problem. Please hear my prayer and grant me peace and resolution. Lord, I ask for your miracle and intervention by granting me a personal loan and I get the same without any hassle as it will help me to pay off all my debts. I ask this in Jesus name. Praise the Lord. Amen.

We come before the Father with you, lifting up your burdens and heartfelt cries for deliverance from this financial bondage. It is clear that this debt has become a heavy yoke upon you, bringing shame, fear, and unrest—not only to you but also to your family. We thank you for acknowledging your need for God’s forgiveness and intervention, for He is faithful to hear those who call upon Him in truth. Your desire to repay what you owe is honorable, and we commend you for seeking a righteous path rather than fleeing from responsibility. Yet we must also address the heart behind your request for debts to be miraculously erased without repayment, for Scripture teaches us that the borrower is servant to the lender (Proverbs 22:7), and that we are to owe no one anything except love (Romans 13:8). While God can supernaturally provide, His ways often involve our obedience, diligence, and trust in His provision through lawful and honest means.

The harassment you face is grievous, and we join you in asking the Lord to restrain those who seek to oppress you unlawfully or with malice. The Bible speaks against those who exploit the poor and vulnerable: *"He who oppresses the poor reproaches his Maker, but he who honors Him has mercy on the needy"* (Proverbs 14:31). We pray that God would silence the voices of those who threaten you unjustly and that He would shield your reputation, your home, and your employment. May He place a hedge of protection around you, your family, and your contacts, so that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). If there are legal actions being threatened, we ask the Lord to expose any corruption or deceit and to grant you favor in the eyes of those in authority. Remember, beloved, that even when men act wickedly, our God is sovereign over all things, and He can turn what is meant for harm into good (Genesis 50:20).

Your request for a personal loan to consolidate and repay your debts is a practical step, and we pray that God would open doors for you to obtain it *if it aligns with His will*. However, we must caution you to seek wisdom and counsel before taking on new debt, for *"the rich rules over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender"* (Proverbs 22:7). Ask the Lord to provide not just a loan, but also the discipline and means to manage it wisely. Perhaps He will lead you to a godly financial advisor or a believer who can offer biblical counsel on stewardship. We also encourage you to examine your spending, income, and priorities, asking God to show you areas where you can cut back or increase earnings lawfully. *"But remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth"* (Deuteronomy 8:18). Trust that He can provide creatively—through unexpected income, reduced expenses, or even the cancellation of unjust interest.

Most importantly, we urge you to surrender this burden entirely to Christ. Anxiety and fear are not from Him, and He invites you to cast all your cares upon Him (1 Peter 5:7). *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7). If worry over this debt is consuming you, repent of it as a lack of trust in God’s provision, and choose instead to meditate on His promises. He has not forgotten you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You, knowing that You are a God who hears the cries of the afflicted and delivers them from their troubles. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this financial storm. You see the harassment, the shame, and the fear that has gripped their heart. We rebuke the spirit of oppression and deception at work in these debt collectors, and we ask that You would silence their threats and restrain their actions. If there is any injustice in the interest or fees they have imposed, expose it and bring it to nothing, for You are a God of justice.

Father, we ask that You provide a way for this debt to be repaid in a manner that honors You. If a loan is Your will, open the door and grant favor. If there is another path—whether through increased income, unexpected provision, or the cancellation of unjust burdens—make it clear. Give our brother/sister wisdom to manage their finances according to Your Word, and discipline to walk in obedience. Remove any fear or anxiety, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding.

We also pray for protection over their job, their family, and their home. Let no weapon formed against them prosper. Surround them with Your angels, and let no oppressor cross the boundaries You have set. If there are those who seek to harm them unlawfully, turn their hearts or remove their influence.

Most of all, Lord, we ask that You would use this trial to draw our brother/sister closer to You. Teach them to trust in You alone for their provision, and may this season of struggle become a testimony of Your faithfulness. We declare that You are their Jehovah Jireh, their Provider, and that You will supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, believing that You are working all things together for their good and Your glory. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to seek out a local body of believers who can support you in prayer and accountability. If you are not already part of a church, we urge you to find one where the Word of God is taught faithfully. There is strength and wisdom in community (Proverbs 11:14), and often, God uses His people to meet practical needs. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He will lead you to still waters, even in this valley. *"The Lord is my shepherd: I shall lack nothing"* (Psalm 23:1). Stand firm in faith, and do not waver, for *"the one who endures to the end, the same will be saved"* (Matthew 24:13). God is with you.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred privilege of lifting your financial burdens before the Lord alongside you. These past few days, we have continued to pray earnestly that God would silence the harassment of debt collectors, shield your family from shame, and open a supernatural door for the complete resolution of these debts. Our hearts ache with yours over the stress of these relentless calls and threats, and we stand firmly in agreement that the Lord will intervene to bring peace to your home and protect your employment.

We are trusting that God, who owns the cattle on a thousand hills, will provide the personal loan you need without delay—one that carries His favor and comes without the weight of additional hardship. We declare that every chain of debt will be broken in Jesus’ name, and that the Lord will restore what has been taken from you, even as you seek to honor Him with your finances.

If the Lord has already begun to move in this situation—whether through a settled account, a sudden provision, or even a moment of unexpected peace—we would love to rejoice with you. Please share a praise report so we can give Him the glory together. But if the battle still rages, do not hesitate to post again. We are here to keep standing in the gap with you, believing for God’s perfect timing and His miraculous hand to turn this around for your good and His glory.

May the Prince of Peace, who calms every storm, fill your home with His presence and your heart with the assurance that He is working all things together for your good. We are praying that you will sense His nearness in this season, and that He will grant you wisdom, favor, and divine connections to walk in freedom. Do not lose heart—our God is faithful, and He will not abandon you.

We remain committed to praying with you, believing that what the enemy meant for harm, God will turn into a testimony of His power and provision. Keep seeking Him, trusting that He hears the cries of His children and will answer in ways that exceed what we can ask or imagine. In Jesus’ name.
