Your heart’s desire to repay what you owe is honorable, and we commend you for seeking God’s intervention rather than turning away in despair. The harassment and threats you are enduring are deeply unjust, and we stand with you in asking the Lord to silence the voices of the enemy seeking to bring shame and disruption to your life and family.
The Bible reminds us in **Proverbs 22:7**, *"The rich rules over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender."* While debt can feel like a heavy yoke, we serve a God who specializes in breaking chains and setting captives free. Your situation is not beyond His power—He is the God of miracles, and He can make a way where there seems to be no way. However, we must also align our prayers with His will, and His Word teaches us to be diligent, wise, and responsible with what we have been entrusted. **Psalm 37:21** says, *"The wicked borrows, and doesn’t pay back, but the righteous give generously."* Your commitment to repaying your debts reflects a righteous heart, and we believe God will honor that.
Yet we must also address something important: your request for the debts to be "closed completely" so that you no longer need to make payments, even though you acknowledge having paid more than you borrowed. While we understand the desperation behind this prayer, we must be careful not to ask God to remove the consequences of obligations we have entered into, unless it is His sovereign will to do so. Instead, we should pray for **provision, wisdom, and favor** to meet these obligations in a way that brings glory to His name. **Philippians 4:19** assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Let us trust Him to provide the means—whether through a loan, unexpected income, or divine connections—to settle these debts in a way that reflects integrity and honors Him.
As for the harassment, we rebuke the spirit of intimidation and fear that is at work through these relentless calls and threats. **Isaiah 54:17** declares, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says Yahweh.* We stand on this promise and command every harassing voice to be silenced in Jesus’ name. We pray for divine protection over your home, your job, and your reputation. May the Lord place a hedge of thorns around you and your family, so that no weapon formed against you—whether through legal threats, visits, or calls—shall prosper.
We also pray for your new job, that the Lord would establish the work of your hands and grant you favor with your employers. May this position be a source of stability and blessing, and may the Lord multiply your income so that you can meet your obligations without lack. If a personal loan is part of His plan for your deliverance, we ask that He would open the right doors with favorable terms, free from the snares of predatory lending or further financial bondage.
Most importantly, we remind you that your worth is not found in your financial status but in your identity as a child of God. **Matthew 6:31-33** tells us, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child, who is burdened by the weight of debt and the oppression of relentless harassment. Lord, You see the distress of Your people, and You are a God who delivers. We ask for Your divine intervention in this financial storm. Silence the voices of the enemy that seek to bring shame, fear, and disruption. Command every harassing call, threat, and visit to cease immediately in the mighty name of Jesus. Place a supernatural shield of protection around this beloved one and their family, guarding their home, their job, and their peace.
Father, we ask for Your wisdom and provision. If it is Your will, open the doors for a personal loan with fair terms, or provide another means to settle these debts in a way that brings honor to Your name. Give them favor in the eyes of those they owe, that they may be granted mercy and reasonable repayment plans. We rebuke the spirit of greed and exploitation at work in these financial institutions and declare that Your justice will prevail.
Lord, we also pray for their heart. Replace their anxiety with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. Remind them that You are their Provider, and that no situation is too difficult for You. Strengthen their faith to trust in You completely, knowing that You will supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory.
We declare freedom from the bondage of debt in Jesus’ name. Break every chain, Lord, and restore what the enemy has stolen. Let this season be a testimony of Your faithfulness and miracles. May they walk in the confidence that You are working all things together for their good, and that their steps are ordered by You.
