The Bible reminds us in **Psalm 37:21**, *"The wicked borrows, and doesn’t pay back, but the righteous gives generously."* Your desire to repay aligns with God’s heart for integrity, and we pray He makes a way for you to fulfill this righteous goal.
However, we must gently address a portion of your prayer where you asked for your debts to be *completely closed without further payments*, as though they had never existed. While we understand the desperation behind this request, we must align our prayers with God’s Word, which calls us to honesty and responsibility. **Romans 13:8** tells us, *"Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law."* We do not ask God to erase debts supernaturally without repayment, as that would not reflect His character of justice and righteousness. Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You, knowing that You are a God who delivers Your children from distress. Lord, You see the weight of debt pressing upon them, the shame and fear they carry, and the harassment they endure. We ask for Your divine intervention to silence every unlawful threat and to bring an end to the relentless calls and visits that disrupt their peace. Father, expose any injustice in these dealings and turn the hearts of creditors toward mercy and fairness. If there are legal actions being considered, we pray You frustrate the plans of the wicked and vindicate Your child according to Your righteousness.
Lord, we ask for Your provision—not for debts to vanish without repayment, but for the wisdom, resources, and opportunities to repay what is owed in a way that honors You. If a loan is part of Your plan, we pray for favor in securing one with fair terms that do not lead to further bondage. But above all, we ask for Your creative miracles—open doors for income, unexpected blessings, or godly counsel to guide them toward financial freedom. Help them to steward what You provide with wisdom and integrity.
Father, we rebuke the spirits of fear, shame, and oppression that have sought to torment our brother/sister. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding and remind them that their worth is not found in their financial status, but in their identity as Your beloved child. Strengthen their faith to trust You in this storm, knowing that You are their Provider, Defender, and Redeemer.
We declare **Psalm 34:17-19** over them: *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* Lord, deliver them completely, restore what has been lost, and lead them into a season of abundance so they may testify of Your goodness.
