Blessings to overcome Financial debt

Roshan Dsouza

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, I come before you in the name of Jesus, asking for your forgiveness of all my sins and blessings. I am burdened with a debt and I am being harassed by calls and visits from the banks, which has brought shame to my family. Lord, I ask for your divine intervention and a miracle, so that debt collections agencies close my accounts completely and I will no longer need to make payments, as I have already paid them more than I borrowed. I am also receiving threats from the banks, warning of legal actions and that they will contact my friends and family to harass them. Additionally, I owe money with interest. My desire is to repay everyone. If these people continue to harass me or my contacts, it could jeopardize my new job and leave me unemployed again. Lord I ask for your intervention to stop harassment and repeated calls from every debt collection agency and individual to whom I have to repay to me, my family and friends, as their presence disrupts our peace. Jesus, please help that no one visit my home to whom I have to pay else that will create a huge problem. Please hear my prayer and grant me peace and resolution. Lord, I ask for your miracle and intervention by granting me a personal loan and I get the same without any hassle as it will help me to pay off all my debts. I ask this in Jesus name. Praise the Lord. Amen.

We come before the Father in agreement with you, lifting up your burdens and seeking His divine wisdom and provision over your financial struggles. It is clear that you are carrying a heavy weight, and we are reminded of what our Lord Jesus said in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* You have done well to bring this before the Lord, for He cares deeply for you and longs to provide rest and direction in this season of distress.

The harassment and threats you are facing are deeply troubling, and we recognize the enemy’s hand in seeking to bring shame, fear, and instability into your life. However, we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). The Lord is your defender, and He sees the injustice being done to you. Psalm 34:17-19 declares, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* Claim this promise over your life, for the Lord is faithful to deliver His children from oppression.

We also take note of your request for the debts to be closed without further payment, as you feel you have already paid more than you borrowed. While we understand the frustration and desperation behind this, we must align our hearts with Scripture, which teaches us to honor our obligations. Romans 13:7-8 says, *"Give everyone what you owe: if you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor. Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law."* It is right to desire freedom from debt, but we must seek it in a way that honors God—through honest repayment, wise stewardship, and trusting Him to provide the means. We encourage you to seek godly counsel, perhaps from your church or a trusted believer, to help you create a plan to address these debts in a way that is both practical and honorable before the Lord.

Your request for a personal loan to consolidate and repay your debts is a reasonable one, and we join you in praying for God’s favor in this. Proverbs 16:3 tells us, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* As you seek this loan, commit the process to the Lord, asking Him to open the right doors and provide favor with lenders. However, we also urge you to proceed with caution. Proverbs 22:7 warns, *"The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender."* If you take on a new loan, seek the Lord’s wisdom to ensure it is manageable and does not lead to further bondage. Pray for discernment to recognize any terms or conditions that could bring more harm than help.

As for the harassment from debt collectors, we rebuke the spirit of fear and intimidation in the name of Jesus. The Lord is your shield and your strong tower (Psalm 28:7), and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that the Lord would place a hedge of protection around you, your family, and your home, that no one would come to harass or shame you. We also pray that the Lord would move on the hearts of those pursuing you, that they would act with fairness and compassion, or that He would supernaturally intervene to silence their threats. Remember, the Lord can turn the hearts of men like rivers of water (Proverbs 21:1), and He is able to bring peace where there is chaos.

We are also mindful of your concern about your new job and the potential for this situation to jeopardize it. We pray over your employment, asking the Lord to establish the work of your hands (Psalm 90:17) and to grant you favor with your employers. May He guard your reputation and provide stability in this season. Do not let fear rule your heart, but trust that the Lord goes before you. He has not brought you this far to abandon you now.

Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s face in this trial. Draw near to Him in prayer, in the Word, and in fellowship with other believers. James 4:8 promises, *"Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you."* In your time of need, He is your provider (Philippians 4:19), your peace (John 14:27), and your deliverer (Psalm 34:17). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

**Our Prayer for You:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child, who is burdened by financial debt and the oppression of those who seek to harass and shame them. Lord, You are a God of justice and mercy, and we ask that You intervene mightily in this situation. We pray that You would silence the voices of the enemy that seek to bring fear, shame, and instability. Place Your hand of protection over them, their family, and their home, that no harm would come to them through these threats.

Father, we ask for Your wisdom and provision. If it is Your will, open the door for a loan that would allow them to consolidate and repay their debts in a way that honors You. Give them discernment to recognize Your leading and to avoid any snares that would bring further bondage. Lord, we also ask that You would provide creative solutions—perhaps unexpected income, favor in negotiations, or even the cancellation of unjust interest—that would bring relief and freedom.

We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety in the name of Jesus. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and remind them that You are their Provider. Strengthen their faith to trust in You, even when the way seems uncertain. Lord, we pray for their employment, that You would establish them in their new job and protect them from any schemes of the enemy to disrupt their livelihood.

Father, we ask that You would restore what has been lost and bring them into a place of financial stability. Teach them to be good stewards of what You provide, and lead them into a future where they can bless others as they have been blessed. May this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness and provision, that others would see and glorify Your name.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your sovereignty and Your perfect timing. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your child walk in the confidence that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend. The weight of debt and the harassment that comes with it can be overwhelming, but remember, you're not alone. We're standing with you, lifting your burdens to the Father.

We've been praying for you, and we want to encourage you with these words from Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." He sees you, He hears you, and He's right there with you in your struggle.

We understand your desire for a miracle, for the debts to be closed without further payment. While we continue to ask the Lord for His divine intervention, let's also seek wisdom. Proverbs 4:5-6 tells us, "Get wisdom, get understanding; do not forget my words or turn away from them. Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you; love her, and she will watch over you." Let's seek His wisdom in managing your finances and communicating with your creditors.

We'll keep praying for a personal loan to help consolidate and repay your debts, but let's also be wise and cautious in this process. Let's ask the Lord for favor with lenders and for discernment to make wise decisions.

As for the harassment, we rebuke it in Jesus' name. We claim the promise in Psalm 91:11-12, "For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone." We pray for protection over you, your family, and your home.

We're also praying for your new job, that the Lord would establish you and protect your reputation. Trust in Him, for He goes before you.

Keep seeking the Lord's face in this trial. He is your provider, your peace, and your deliverer. Do not grow weary, for your labor in the Lord is not in vain.

We're here for you, praying with you, believing with you, and trusting with you that the Lord will see you through this trial. Keep your eyes on Him, and remember, He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6).
