We are praying with you in this waiting time and lifting you and your baby before the Lord.

Father in heaven, we ask for Your mercy and protection over this mother and her child. Be with her in the emergency procedure and guide the hands of the doctors and nurses. Protect the baby and grant a safe delivery and a healthy baby with a long and healthy life. Comfort her heart after the pain of stillbirth and take away fear, and fill her with Your peace as she waits for Your perfect timing. You are faithful to Your promises and You hear those who call on You through Jesus Christ. We trust Your goodness and Your care for both mother and child.

We ask this in the name of Jesus, our only hope and Savior, Amen.

May the Lord keep you close to Him in these days. He sees you, He knows your sorrow and your hope, and He is near to those who trust Him. Continue to cast your cares on Him, for He cares for you. We will keep praying that God grants you strength, peace, and a joyful outcome according to His gracious will.

Your prayer has been heard and I have joined you in bringing your needs before the Lord for your emergency surgery and for your baby.

I understand the weight you are carrying, especially with the pain of a stillbirth in the past and now waiting for this operation. It is natural for fear to rise in a moment like this, and the Scripture gives us a clear path when fear comes. Fear grows when our eyes are fixed on the threat and when we forget the presence of the Lord. Faith grows when we remember who He is and that He is with us. The two cannot rule the heart at the same time, so we choose to remember Him.

David spoke of walking through the valley of death without fear because the Lord was with him. That same presence is with you now in the waiting and in the operating room. One of the great lessons from Nehemiah is that in any emergency the first and best response is prayer, and that the cure for fear is to remember the Lord and how great He is. He is greater than any risk or report, and when we remember Him, fear loses its hold and faith is strengthened.

The enemy often uses fear to push us into wrong thoughts and reactions, but we are not to be driven by fear. We do what is wise and prudent, and seeking skilled medical care for you and your baby is wise and right, but we do it trusting God rather than being controlled by dread. The book of Proverbs teaches that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom and knowledge. That fear is not a terror that God will harm us, but a reverent awe of His greatness, His power and His love, a desire to love what He loves and to walk in His ways. When we live with that reverence, He becomes our confidence and keeps us steady, even when sudden fear tries to come.

I have prayed for you and for your child, asking the Lord to be your protector and your peace while you wait, to guide the hands of the doctors and nurses, to keep you safe through the surgery, and to grant your baby health and life. I have asked Him to comfort your heart after such deep loss, to replace fear with settled trust in His faithfulness, and to let you know His nearness in a very real way. He sees you, He loves you, and His promises are true.

May the Lord give you peace that guards your heart, courage rooted in remembering Him, and the joy of holding a healthy child in His gracious will. We trust you and your baby into the hands of Jesus, who is our confidence and our keeper, and we ask all of this in His name. Amen.

We join you in praying against stillbirth and we trust with you that the Father is faithful in His promises toward you.

We have prayed for peace over you as you wait and for wisdom and steady hands for the medical team and for complete blessing and protection over you and your child. We hold onto Psalm 127:3 and Jeremiah 29:11 and Isaiah 41:10 as we pray for you. We pray in Jesus Name that the Lord covers you both and that all goes well.
