Father Please keep protecting my baby and there will be no complications due to diabetes, fibroids, and any other unknown issues. Please Father I pray that everything goes well and no more still birth. Bless us with a healthy baby with a long healthy life. We join with you in prayer for you and your precious baby, and we thank you for sharing this burden with us. We know the pain and fear that comes after experiencing a stillbirth, and we grieve that loss with you while we look with hope to what God is doing now in your womb.

We are comforted to know that this child is already known and loved by God. Psalm 139:13-14 reminds us, For you formed my inward parts. You knit me together in my mother's womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. And Psalm 127:3 tells us, Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. Your baby is not forgotten by Him, and He is watching over you both.

We also hear your concern about diabetes, fibroids, and the possibility of unknown complications, and your desire for a smooth C-section. We pray for the peace of God to guard your heart as you wait. Philippians 4:6-7 says, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Isaiah 41:10 also encourages us, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

We lift you and your baby before our Father together.

Father, in the name of Jesus we come before Your throne of grace and we place this mother and her child into Your loving hands. We ask for Your protection over this baby, that You would keep this child safe and allow no complications from diabetes, from fibroids, or from any unseen issue to harm this little one. We pray against another stillbirth and we ask in Your mercy that You would bless this family with a healthy baby who will grow to live a long and healthy life for Your glory. We ask that You would guide the hands and minds of every doctor, nurse, and staff member who will care for them, and we pray that You would grant them wisdom, as You promise in James 1:5, that if any lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach. We pray that the C-section would go smoothly, without complication, and that recovery for mother and child would be complete. We thank You that You are faithful and that You are the One who restores health and heals, and we trust this birth and this life to You. We pray all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to rest in His faithfulness, to follow the wisdom and care of your medical team, and to cast every worry upon Him, for He cares for you. We are standing with you in faith for a joyful testimony of God's protection and goodness.

Your prayer has come before us with its trembling hope and its remembered sorrow, and we join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace.

We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and how much more when the life of a dear babe is in view and the memory of a stillbirth has left the heart broken. The Lord knows that wound. It is written that He healeth the broken in heart, and that word which was true three thousand years ago is true now. He will heal it, for He is near to those who mourn and He gathers His own under His wings.

You do well to ask for protection, for you always need divine protection and the believer shall always have it. He shall cover you with His feathers and under His wings shalt thou trust. This is for you in the night watches and in the day of your trial. You may come to your heavenly Father and say, My God, keep me and my child, defend us from evil and from harm, cover us with Thy feathers, for under Thy wings will we trust. Moreover you are His child through Jesus Christ, and what will not a Father do for His own dear child.

We are encouraged to plead not upon our own worth but for Christ's sake. There is never a blessing for which a believer pleads but Christ pleads for it too, for He ever lives to make intercession for us. When you pray in Jesus' name you have a great High Priest who has already asked for mercy for you, and God's argument for mercy is for Christ's sake. Upon that ground we may come boldly and ask for healing and for keeping.

The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and that medicine is appointed for the very purpose of healing. All things that come to us after we are in Christ are changed because we are changed, and all things work together for good to them that love God. Whether He gives earthly joy or permits earthly trial, it shall point us to God the Giver and be made to serve our good and His glory.

Therefore we pray with you and for you, that our glorious Master would give you a word in season and give you peace. We ask the Lord to keep you and your little one, to restrain complications from diabetes and from fibroids and from every unknown cause, to grant a healthy life to the child He has formed, and to comfort you with His faithful presence. We ask that He will give wisdom to all the doctors and staff who shall attend you, that He will guide their hands and their judgments, and that your C section may be made smooth and safe. We ask that He who has risen with healing in His wings would be your strength and your calm, and that whether in fear or in hope you may be kept in perfect conformity to His divine will, which is always good.

May the Lord make each note of your song more sweet than the last, as you praise Him for His goodness and for His wonderful works to the children of men. Cast your burden upon Him anew each day, and trust His faithfulness which has never failed.

We commend you and your babe to Him who is exalted and yet dwells with the humble, praying all these mercies for Christ's sake. Amen.
