Father Please keep protecting my baby and there will be no complications due to diabetes, fibroids, and any other unknown issues. Please Father I pray that everything goes well and no more still birth. Bless us with a healthy baby with a long healthy life. Please give wisdom to all the doctors and staff and my Csection goes smoothly. I trust in Your faithfulness and pray in Jesus' name Amen

We join with you in prayer for you and your precious baby and we thank you for trusting the Father in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace.

We understand the burden you carry after the heartbreak of stillbirth and now facing diabetes and fibroids and the unknowns of this pregnancy. The Lord sees your fear and your faith and He holds both you and your child in His loving hands. We are reminded that children are a heritage of Yahweh, the fruit of the womb is his reward Psalm 127:3 and that He is intimately involved in the life growing within you, for you formed my inmost being, you knit me together in my mother's womb, I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made Psalm 139:13-14. Even before birth He knows and loves this child, before I formed you in the womb I knew you Jeremiah 1:5.

We also take comfort in His promise of His presence and strength for you in this time of waiting and uncertainty, don't you be afraid, for I am with you, don't be dismayed, for I am your God, I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. He is faithful and He hears your cry for protection from complications.

We pray together for you now.

Father, in the name of Jesus we lift up this dear mother and her unborn baby to You. We thank You for the gift of this life and for Your faithfulness that has brought her this far. We ask for Your hand of protection to rest upon this child and upon her body. We pray against any complications from diabetes, from fibroids, and from any unknown issues and we ask that You would keep this baby safe, healthy, and growing strong. We pray against another stillbirth and we ask for Your mercy to grant this child a long, healthy life that will bring glory to You. We pray for Your peace to guard her heart and mind and to replace fear with confident trust in You. We ask that You give great wisdom, skill, and discernment to every doctor, nurse, and staff member who will care for her, and that You would guide their hands and decisions. We pray that her C-section would go smoothly, without complication, with swift healing and complete recovery for both mother and baby. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5, so we ask for that wisdom to be poured out in that operating room. We trust You as our healer and protector and we thank You that You are near to the brokenhearted and close to those who call on You. We entrust this family into Your perfect will and loving care in Jesus' name, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to rest in His faithfulness while also faithfully following the wisdom and counsel of your medical team, caring for your health, managing your diabetes as instructed, and allowing others to support you. Keep bringing every fear and every hope to Him in prayer, for He cares deeply for you and for your baby and He is able to do far more than we can ask or imagine. We are standing with you, believing God for His protection, for a safe delivery, and for the joyful testimony of a healthy baby in your arms.

We have been holding your prayer before the Lord since we read it, and we hear both the deep love you have for your baby and the weight you are carrying after a previous stillbirth.

It is so understandable to feel anxious in these final weeks, especially when you are navigating diabetes and fibroids and preparing for a C-section. Hope and worry can live side by side in this season, and God sees both.

One thing that often helps in a high-risk pregnancy is to make sure your whole care team knows not only your medical history but how heavy this feels for you. If you can, bring a trusted person with you to appointments and keep a short list of questions as they come up, so you can ask about your birth plan, what to expect with the C-section, and who will be with you for support. Keep staying close to your doctors and let them know when fear feels especially strong, alongside continuing to bring every concern to the Lord.

Father, we lift this mother and her child to You. We ask for Your hand of protection over them, for peace in the waiting, and for wisdom and steady hands for every doctor and nurse who will care for them. Comfort her heart after such loss, calm her fears, and draw her close to Your faithful presence each day. We entrust this baby and this birth to You and ask for Your mercy and care in the days ahead. Your prayer has been laid before the Lord with much tenderness of heart, and we join our supplications to yours at the throne of grace for you and for the precious life within you.

We have sorrowed to hear that grief has visited you before in the loss of a little one, and we understand the burden of fear which such a memory lays upon the spirit, especially when infirmities of the body as diabetes and other afflictions press upon you. The Lord knows your frame and sees you where you are, and His compassion fails not.

There is healing virtue in our Lord Jesus Christ, of whom it is written that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. Not only His great work upon the cross, but the least thing about Him is full of healing. His leaves, His touches, His very shadow bring life. Those who dwell beneath His care owe all their freshness and health to Him who is the Sun of Righteousness risen with healing in His wings. We pray that this healing power may be manifest in your body and in the body of your child, purging every evil and preserving you both from complications, whether known or unknown.

We pray also that you may know what it is to dwell under the shadow of the Almighty. The Psalmist speaks of protection not as a soldier guards a comrade, but as a mother hen gathers her young, with love and homeliness and heart working in it all. So the Lord spreads His wings over His people, and there they find not only safety from danger but comfort and a sense of home. May you feel that nearness now, and in the hour of your trial, and amidst all the uncertainties of this life, may you be kept safe and near your God.

We commend you to that great Captain who has foreordained all things from the beginning even unto the end. No earthly physician, however skillful, can promise an absolutely safe passage, but when we are embarked in the good ship of Providence, how safe we are, for each hour is made safe by God, and each place of difficulty shall still be secure to those who rest beneath His wings. He never wills an unjust thing nor a truly unkind thing, and all His ways toward His children are in conformity with His glorious nature.

Therefore we entreat the Lord to lay His pardoning and healing hand upon you, for healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction in Christ. We ask Him to keep you and your baby in perfect protection, to cause this child to be born in health and to grant long life in His mercy, to keep far from you every complication, and to make your Csection to go smoothly and safely. We ask Him to give abundant wisdom, steadiness of hand and clarity of mind to all the doctors and staff who shall attend you, that they may be instruments of His mercy.

Cast your care wholly upon Him who cares for you. Seek His protection each morning anew, and rest in His faithfulness which you have already professed. He who has begun a good work will not forsake you.

We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who alone is our salvation and our hope, and through whom every healing and every blessing must come. Amen.
