We join with you in lifting up your precious baby and your own health before our Father, and we thank you for trusting in His faithfulness and coming to Him in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace.
We know the pain of a previous stillbirth leaves a deep ache and we grieve with you over that loss while we hold fast to the promise that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18. We are comforted that every child is a gift from the Lord, for children are a heritage of Yahweh, the fruit of the womb is his reward Psalm 127:3, and that He is intimately caring for this little one even now, for you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother's womb Psalm 139:13. We pray for His perfect protection over you and your baby from every complication of diabetes, fibroids, and any unknown issues, claiming His promise that He will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds Jeremiah 30:17 and that when we dwell in the shelter of the Most High we rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1. Do not be anxious about this, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.
We pray together now, Father in heaven we come before You in Jesus' name and we lift up this mother and her child to You. Lord You see this baby, You know every detail of this pregnancy, and we ask for Your hand of protection to be upon them both. We ask that You would keep this baby safe, allow this child to grow strong and healthy, and bring this baby forth in Your perfect timing with no complications. We rebuke any spirit of fear and we ask You to guard this mother from the trauma of the past, filling her with Your peace that surpasses understanding. We pray that You would grant great wisdom, skill, and discernment to every doctor, nurse, and staff member who provides care, for if any of you lacks wisdom let him ask of God who gives to all liberally and without reproach and it will be given to him James 1:5. Guide their hands and their decisions, give them clarity regarding the diabetes and fibroids and every other concern. We ask that You would bless this child with a long, healthy life that will bring glory to You, and strengthen this mother daily, reminding her to not be afraid for You are with her, do not be dismayed for You are her God, You will strengthen her and uphold her with Your righteous right hand Isaiah 41:10. We trust in Your unfailing love and faithfulness and we place this precious life entirely in Your care. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to continue to walk closely with your medical team, to follow their counsel diligently and to rest in the Lord's care, casting all your worries on Him because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. Keep seeking Him daily in prayer and in His Word, for He is faithful and He hears the cries of His children.
