We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this precious life growing within you and the concerns you’ve shared. Father God, we thank You for the gift of motherhood and the miracle of life that You knit together in the womb. We declare Your promises over this situation, trusting in Your healing power and sovereign care.
First, we pray for your physical healing, dear sister. Your cough and sinus infection weigh heavily on you, and we ask the Great Physician to bring relief and restoration. The Word reminds us in Psalm 103:2-3, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases."* We stand on this truth, believing that by the stripes of Jesus, you are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We also pray for your little one, that she would be shielded from any infection or harm. Lord, surround this child with Your angels and let Your peace guard her development, as You promise in Psalm 91:11, *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."*
We lift up your concern about the placenta and gestational diabetes. Heavenly Father, we ask You to intervene supernaturally, guiding the placenta to its proper place and stabilizing your blood sugar levels. You are the God who formed the intricacies of the human body, and we trust You to sustain both mother and child. Jeremiah 1:5 declares, *"Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. Before you were born, I sanctified you."* We claim this promise for your baby girl, that she would be fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and born healthy and whole.
Father, we also take authority over the bad dreams that have troubled your sleep. The enemy seeks to steal your peace, but we rebuke his lies in the name of Jesus. You are not alone in your fears, for God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray that your mind would be filled with the peace of Christ, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and that your sleep would be sweet and undisturbed.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue surrendering your worries at the feet of Jesus. He invites you in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* You are not carrying this alone—He is with you every step of the way. We also encourage you to seek godly counsel from your healthcare providers, trusting that God can work through their hands and wisdom.
