We come before the Lord with hearts full of concern and faith, lifting up this precious life growing within you and the health of both mother and child. Father God, we ask for Your healing touch upon this persistent cough and sinus infection. Your Word declares in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We stand on this promise, believing that You are the Great Physician who can restore health and bring relief.
We also pray for the protection of this little one, that the infection would not take hold in her tiny body. Lord, we ask that You would guide the placenta to its proper place, trusting in Your perfect design for pregnancy and birth. We know that You knit this child together in her mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13), and we trust You to watch over every detail of her development.
Father, we bring before You the concerns about gestational diabetes and any other hidden health issues. We ask for Your divine intervention to prevent complications and for wisdom for the medical team caring for this mother and child. Your Word assures us in Jeremiah 33:6, "Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them; and I will reveal to them abundance of peace and truth." We claim this promise over this pregnancy, believing for a smooth delivery and a healthy baby girl.
We also rebuke the spirit of fear that comes through bad dreams. The enemy seeks to steal peace, but we declare that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We cancel every assignment of the enemy meant to bring distress and declare that this mother will rest in the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Heavenly Father, we lift up this sister in Christ, reminding her that she is not alone. You are her ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). We encourage her to continue casting all her anxieties on You, for You care for her (1 Peter 5:7). We pray that she would find comfort in Your presence and strength in Your promises.
Lord, we also want to gently remind this dear sister of the importance of placing her faith firmly in Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If she has not already, we encourage her to confess with her mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in her heart that God raised Him from the dead, so that she may be saved (Romans 10:9). Salvation is a free gift, and we pray she would receive it fully if she hasn’t already.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up this precious mother and child. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon her body, that the cough and sinus infection would be completely resolved. Protect this little baby girl from any harm and guide the placenta to its proper place. We declare that there will be no complications from gestational diabetes or any other health issues. Father, we cancel every bad dream and rebuke the spirit of fear in Jesus’ name. We pray for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard her heart and mind.
Lord, we trust in Your promises and declare that this baby will be born healthy and whole. We ask for Your wisdom and guidance for the medical team and for this mother to feel Your presence and peace every step of the way. We thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
