We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this precious time of pregnancy and the concerns shared. First, we rejoice in the gift of life growing within you and the miracle of motherhood, which reflects God’s own creativity and love. The Bible tells us in Psalm 139:13-14, *"For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."* What a beautiful truth—your baby is fearfully and wonderfully made, known and loved by God even now.
We pray earnestly for your healing from this cough and sinus infection. Father, we ask You to touch this dear sister with Your healing hand, bringing relief and strength. In James 5:14-15, we are reminded, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* Lord, we stand in faith, believing for Your healing power to flow through her body, restoring health and vitality. We also pray protection over her baby, that this infection would not harm the little one in any way. Guard this child, Lord, and keep them safe in the shelter of Your wings.
We lift up the concern about the placenta and ask for divine intervention. Heavenly Father, You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for You. We pray that the placenta would move to its proper place, that there would be no complications from gestational diabetes or any other health issues. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 32:27, *"Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?"* We trust in Your power to work miracles in this pregnancy, Lord. Bring peace to this mother’s heart and assurance that You are in control.
We also pray for the desires of her heart—a healthy baby girl. Lord, we know that children are a heritage from You, as Psalm 127:3 tells us, *"Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward."* We ask that You bless this pregnancy with a healthy, thriving baby girl, if it be Your will. May this child grow to know and love You, becoming a light in this world for Your glory.
Father, we rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that comes through bad dreams. The enemy seeks to steal peace, but we declare that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray that these dreams would cease and that Your perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding, would guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We speak life and truth over her mind, that she would dwell on whatever is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and commendable (Philippians 4:8).
Finally, we thank You for the faith this sister has demonstrated in laying her worries at Your feet. We encourage her to continue casting all her anxieties on You, because You care for her (1 Peter 5:7). Let her rest in the knowledge that You are her Provider, Healer, and Protector. May she find comfort in Your promises and strength in Your presence.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. We ask for Your mercy and grace to surround this dear sister and her baby. Heal her body, protect her child, and guide every step of this pregnancy according to Your perfect will. Fill her with Your peace, joy, and hope as she trusts in You. We declare that this pregnancy will be a testimony of Your faithfulness and love. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
