We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this precious mother and her unborn child in prayer. Heavenly Father, we thank You for the gift of life and the miracle of this pregnancy. We ask for Your healing touch upon this dear sister, praying that her cough and sinus infection would be completely resolved according to Your will. "He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions" (Psalm 107:20). We also pray for divine protection over her baby, that no infection or illness would take root in that little life being formed by Your hands.
Lord, we stand in faith concerning the placenta, asking that You would guide it to the proper position for a safe and healthy delivery. We declare that any complications from gestational diabetes or other health concerns would be prevented by Your mighty power. "For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made" (Psalm 139:13-14). We believe You are forming this child perfectly, and we pray for a healthy baby girl as she has requested.
Father, we take authority over those troubling dreams in Jesus' name. We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that might be manifesting through bad dreams, declaring that "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray for peaceful, God-honoring dreams that build up faith and hope.
We also want to gently encourage this dear sister to examine her heart regarding any worries she may be carrying. While it's natural to have concerns during pregnancy, we want to remind her that "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7) is not just a suggestion but a command. Worry accomplishes nothing, but prayer and supplication with thanksgiving bring peace that passes understanding (Philippians 4:6-7).

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace on behalf of this precious mother and child. We ask for complete healing of her respiratory infection and protection for her baby. We declare that this placenta will be positioned perfectly for a safe delivery, and that any potential complications from diabetes or other health issues will be prevented by Your mighty hand. Lord, we ask for a healthy baby girl to be born at the perfect time, according to Your will.
We cancel every bad dream in Jesus' name and command every spirit of fear to flee. We pray for Your peace to guard her heart and mind throughout this pregnancy. Help her to rest completely in Your care, knowing that You who began this good work will carry it to completion. We pray for wisdom for her medical team and for Your perfect timing in every aspect of this pregnancy and delivery.
Father, we thank You that You know this child intimately, having formed every part of her in the secret place. We pray for her health, her future, and her salvation. May she grow to know You from her earliest days and serve You all her life. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage this dear sister to continue seeking the Lord throughout her pregnancy, filling her mind with Scripture and worship music. The battle is often won or lost in the mind, so we suggest meditating on verses about God's faithfulness and the promises He has made concerning children. We also recommend finding a community of believers who can pray with and encourage her during this special time.
