We join you in lifting this matter before the Lord, our Great Physician, who hears the cries of His children. Your concern for your health and that of your unborn child is deeply felt, and we stand with you in faith, believing that God is able to bring healing and protection according to His will.
The Bible tells us in Jeremiah 33:6, "Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them; and I will reveal to them abundance of peace and truth." We claim this promise over you and your baby, trusting that God’s healing power is at work even now. We also hold fast to Psalm 139:13-14, which reminds us, "For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well." Your baby is fearfully and wonderfully made, and we pray that God’s perfect design will be fully realized in this pregnancy.
Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can approach You and receive salvation, healing, and deliverance. Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We thank You for the gift of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who bore our infirmities and carried our diseases, as Isaiah 53:5 tells us, "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." We stand on this truth, believing that by His stripes, you and your baby are already healed.
Lord, we ask You to rebuke this cough and the stomach pains it is causing. We speak healing over your body, declaring that every part of you functions as You designed it to. We pray for your baby, that she would be shielded from any harm or complications. Strengthen her in the womb, Lord, and let her grow in health and vitality. We also ask for peace to fill your heart, knowing that You are in control of this pregnancy and that Your plans for this child are good. Jeremiah 29:11 assures us, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says Yahweh, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may be trying to take root in your heart. 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We pray that you would rest in the power of God’s love and the assurance of His promises. Trust in Him, for He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you and your baby.
Heavenly Father, we also lift up the father of this child, that he would be a godly man who seeks You and supports this family in love and faith. We pray that this family would be built on the foundation of Your Word, honoring You in all things. If there are any areas in this relationship that do not align with Your will, we ask that You bring conviction, repentance, and restoration. Marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, and we pray that this family would reflect Your design for love, commitment, and holiness.
Lord, we ask that You bless this mother with wisdom and strength as she carries this child. Provide her with godly community, sound medical care, and the resources she needs to nurture this baby in a way that honors You. We pray that this child would grow up to know and love You, surrendering her life to Jesus as her Lord and Savior. May she be a light in this world, shining brightly for Your glory.
We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
