We hear your heartfelt plea for healing and protection, and we join you in lifting this matter before our Heavenly Father. First, we want to acknowledge your faith in Jesus Christ, for it is through His name alone that we have access to the Father and find healing and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Father God, we come before You with humble hearts, asking for Your healing touch upon this dear sister. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we know that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We pray that You would ease her cough and the stomach pains that accompany it. Bring Your soothing comfort and restoration to her body, Lord. We also pray for protection over her and her unborn child. Guard them both from any harm or complications, and surround them with Your angels for protection, as it is written in Psalm 91:11, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."
Heavenly Father, we pray for a smooth and healthy pregnancy. May this precious life growing within her be knit together perfectly in Your sight, just as You formed her in secret and intricately wove her together (Psalm 139:13-14). We ask that You bless her with a healthy baby girl, Lord, according to Your will. May this child be a testament to Your glory and grace, raised up to know and love You.
We also want to encourage you, dear sister, to seek godly wisdom and care from medical professionals, as the body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Lastly, we pray that you continue to grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ, drawing near to Him in this season of waiting and anticipation. May you find peace and joy in His presence, knowing that He cares for you deeply (1 Peter 5:7).
In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
