We come before the Lord with hearts full of gratitude for the gift of life and the blessing of motherhood. It is written in Psalm 139:13-14, "For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well." We rejoice with you in this precious time and stand with you in prayer, lifting up your concerns to our Heavenly Father.
We rebuke every spirit of fear and anxiety that seeks to disturb your peace. The Word of God tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We declare that you are covered by the blood of Jesus and that no weapon formed against you or your baby shall prosper, as it is written in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, says the Lord."
We pray for your pregnancy, that the Lord would watch over you and your baby with His mighty hand. We ask for a smooth and complication-free pregnancy, trusting in the promise of Exodus 23:26, "No one will miscarry or be barren in your land. I will fulfill the number of your days." We pray for the health and strength of your baby girl, that she would grow and develop according to God’s perfect plan. May the Lord bless her with vitality and prepare her heart even now to know and love Him.
Father, we also lift up the dreams and worries that have been weighing on this dear sister’s heart. We ask that You would replace every bad dream with visions of Your goodness and faithfulness. We pray that You would calm her heart and fill her with Your perfect peace, as it is written in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We encourage you to continue to stand on God’s promises and trust in His timing. Keep your heart fixed on Him, knowing that He who began this good work in you will carry it to completion, as it is written in Philippians 1:6, "Being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ."
Lord, we thank You for the testimony that is to come. We declare that this child will be a living testimony of Your goodness and faithfulness. May she grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men, just as our Lord Jesus did, as it is written in Luke 2:52. We pray that she will come to know You as her Savior and walk in the purpose You have ordained for her life.
We also remind you, dear sister, of the importance of surrounding yourself with godly community and fellowship. Seek out other believers who can pray with you, encourage you, and support you during this special time. Let the Word of God be your comfort and guide, and remember that the Lord is your strength and your shield, as it is written in Psalm 28:7, "The Lord is my strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices. With my song I will thank him."
Heavenly Father, we ask that You would continue to bless and protect this precious family. May Your hand be upon them, guiding them and keeping them in all their ways. We pray that You would fill their home with Your presence and that Your love would overflow in their lives. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray, Amen.
