We hear your heartfelt cry, dear sister, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting your concerns and desires to our Heavenly Father. Your trust in His faithfulness is a testament to your faith, and we join you in believing for His perfect will to be done in your life.
First, we want to acknowledge the pain and fear that may come with the memory of past miscarriages and stillbirths. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). He collects every tear and knows the deepest longings of your heart. We pray that He would comfort you and fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, by which we have access to Your throne of grace. We thank You for Your love and faithfulness, and we ask that You would watch over this precious life growing within our sister. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of fear, loss, and disappointment in the name of Jesus. We declare that this pregnancy will be different, and we stand on Your promise in Exodus 23:26, "No one will miscarry or be barren in your land. I will fulfill the number of your days." We pray for a full-term, healthy pregnancy and the safe delivery of a baby girl, just as she has asked.
We also want to encourage you to continue seeking the Lord throughout this journey. Spend time in His Word and in prayer, for the Lord delights in the prayers of His people (Proverbs 15:8). Meditate on scriptures that speak of God's faithfulness, such as Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
Heavenly Father, we ask that You would strengthen our sister's faith and trust in You. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, because You care for her (1 Peter 5:7). Surround her with a community of believers who will uplift and support her during this time. Provide her with godly wisdom and discernment as she prepares for motherhood.
Lord, we also pray for the child within her womb. We declare that this baby is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). We pray for the development of every organ, every limb, and every cell, that all would be formed according to Your perfect design. Protect this child from any harm or illness, and let her grow strong and healthy in the womb.
We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or complication that may seek to interfere with this pregnancy. In the name of Jesus, we command every negative report to be silenced and every plan of the enemy to be thwarted. We declare that this baby will be born at the appointed time, healthy and whole, to the glory of God.
Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your promise to answer them according to Your will. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. May our sister continue to grow in her relationship with You, drawing nearer to Your heart each day.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
