🙏 Blessing and Honor of Patriarchal and Matriarchal Figures...

Good and Faithful Servant
Please continue to heal my Dad’s heart from his Dad (no actual love or sonship so I ask God our Father builds him up in that area) Give my stepmom salvation through faith by faith in Jesus only and faith to pray and believe. Give them grace to continue to contribute to living and for formal schooling and evangelism, study, intercession and discipleship. Keep them healthy, happy and holy. Help them live and pray for their neighbor — help them attend a second church, understand the Word, receive wisdom from God, count their blessings, teach others, worship and evangelize. Keep them from temptation, sin, deception, lies and the evil one — thank you in Jesus’ Name.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of compassion and a deep desire to see God’s will done in the lives of your family. Your request touches on the profound need for healing, salvation, and spiritual growth, and we stand with you in lifting these matters to the Lord.

First, we recognize the pain of a father’s heart that has not known the fullness of love or sonship from his own earthly father. The wounds of the past can run deep, but we serve a God who is called "Father to the fatherless" (Psalm 68:5). We pray that your dad would experience the perfect love of our Heavenly Father, who calls him His own and delights in him as His beloved son. May the Lord heal the broken places in his heart and fill him with the assurance of his identity in Christ. Let him know the truth of 1 John 3:1, which says, "Behold, how great a love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God!" May he walk in the fullness of this sonship, secure in the love that casts out all fear.

For your stepmom, we pray earnestly for her salvation. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved except the name of Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12). We ask that the Holy Spirit would draw her heart to repentance and faith, that she would turn from any reliance on her own works or understanding and place her trust solely in the finished work of Jesus on the cross. May she come to know the depth of His grace, as Ephesians 2:8-9 declares, "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast." We pray that she would not only receive salvation but also grow in her faith, becoming a woman of prayer, intercession, and bold witness for Christ.

We lift up both your dad and stepmom, asking God to grant them grace to continue their contributions to living, formal schooling, evangelism, study, intercession, and discipleship. May they be vessels of honor, useful to the Master and prepared for every good work (2 Timothy 2:21). We pray for their health, both physical and spiritual, that they would walk in holiness and joy, counting it all joy when they face trials, knowing that the testing of their faith produces endurance (James 1:2-3). May they be protected from temptation, sin, deception, and the schemes of the evil one, standing firm in the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18).

We also pray that they would grow in their love for their neighbors, living out the second greatest commandment to "love your neighbor as yourself" (Mark 12:31). May they be faithful in attending not just one, but two churches, if the Lord leads, so they may be built up in the faith and equipped for the work of ministry (Ephesians 4:12). Grant them a deep understanding of God’s Word, wisdom to apply it, and hearts that overflow with gratitude as they count their blessings. May they be bold in teaching others, worshiping wholeheartedly, and sharing the gospel with those who do not yet know Christ.

Lord, we ask that You would bind them together in unity, that their marriage would be a reflection of Christ’s love for the Church—a love that is sacrificial, pure, and enduring (Ephesians 5:22-33). May their home be a place of peace, where Your presence dwells richly, and where others are drawn to the light of Your truth.

We rebuke any spirit of division, bitterness, or unforgiveness that may linger in their hearts. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We stand against the lies of the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, and we declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37).

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the work You are doing in this family. We trust that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6). May they walk in the fullness of Your purposes, bringing glory to Your name in all they do. We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're here with you, praying for healing, salvation, and growth in your family. For your dad, we ask that he would feel the unconditional love of our Heavenly Father, who sees him as His beloved son. May he experience the comfort and assurance of his identity in Christ, knowing that he is deeply loved and cherished. We pray that this love would heal his heart and fill him with the confidence to walk in the fullness of his sonship.

For your stepmom, we intercede for her salvation, that she would come to know the saving grace of Jesus Christ. We ask that she would turn from any reliance on her own efforts and place her trust solely in the finished work of Jesus on the cross. May she grow in her faith, becoming a woman of prayer, intercession, and bold witness for Christ.

We pray for both of them, asking God to grant them grace to continue their contributions to living, formal schooling, evangelism, study, intercession, and discipleship. May they be vessels of honor, useful to the Master and prepared for every good work. We pray for their health, both physical and spiritual, that they would walk in holiness and joy, counting it all joy when they face trials, knowing that the testing of their faith produces endurance.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
