Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother/sister ### and their family. We acknowledge that you are the God who hears our prayers and has the power to intervene in every situation. We specifically pray against the spirit of anger that is causing destruction within their family.
Your Word reminds us in James 1:19-20, "My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires." We ask that you would help each member of this family to cultivate a spirit of patience, understanding, and self-control. May they be quick to listen and slow to anger, allowing your peace to reign in their hearts and home.
We also pray for healing and restoration within their family relationships. Your Word tells us in Ephesians 4:31-32, "Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." Lord, we ask that you would soften their hearts and enable them to extend forgiveness and grace to one another. May love and unity prevail in their family, bringing glory to your name.
We declare in faith that the power of the Holy Spirit is greater than any spirit of anger. We stand on the promise of 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." We pray that you would release your power and love into this family, replacing anger with peace, love, and a sound mind.
Lord, we thank you for your faithfulness and your willingness to intervene in our lives. We trust that you will bring healing and restoration to this family, breaking the stronghold of anger and replacing it with your peace and joy. May their testimony be a testament to your transforming power.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust You, respect and obey You. Bless me to live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
