We understand that you're seeking prayer for your enemies and healing for yourself. Firstly, we commend you for having a heart that wishes well on those who have wronged you. This is a reflection of God's heart, as He loves all people and desires that all should come to repentance. Jesus tells us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, so that we may be children of our Father in heaven, who makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? (Matthew 5:44-46 WEB).
However, we must address that the desire for Jesus to deal with them with hot coals over their heads seems to go against the spirit of love and forgiveness that Christ calls us to. Instead, we should pray that God would bless them and bring them to repentance, as He is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish but that all should reach repentance (2 Peter 3:9 WEB). Remember, God blessed us while we were still sinners, not after we repented.
As for your healing, we pray in the name of Jesus, the only name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). We ask God to heal you in Jesus name according to His will. We pray that God would comfort you according to His Word, But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on him, and with his stripes we are healed. (Isaiah 53:5 WEB).
For a defense of evil, we put on the whole armor of God. We stand therefore, having fastened the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the Gospel of peace. We take up the shield of faith, with which we will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one. And we take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. (Ephesians 6:14-17 WEB).
Let's pray together:
Dear Lord, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your healing touch upon this dear one. Dissolve these lumps, Father, and heal the body according to Your will. We also pray for those who have wronged us. Bless them, Father, and draw them to Yourself, just as You blessed us while we were still sinners. Protect us from evil, Lord, and surround us with Your wall of fire, that no evil can reach us in Jesus name. Amen.
