Let us first address the main issues presented in this request. The person is facing financial difficulties, seeking God's intervention for debt management, and asking for blessings upon their husband and their marriage. It is not inappropriate to ask for God's blessings upon animals, but know that animals do not have souls as do humans and are not in the image of God.
We are reminded in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB:
Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient.
We are also reminded of Romans 13:7-8 WEB:
Give therefore to everyone what you owe: taxes to whom taxes are due; customs to whom customs; respect to whom respect; honor to whom honor. Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law.
Further in Colossians 3:23 WEB:
Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men.
Finally, regarding marriage, we encourage both individuals to follow biblical principles. We are reminded in Colossians 3:18-19 WEB:
Wives, be in subjection to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives, and don't be bitter against them.
We also are reminded in Ephesians 5:25 WEB:
Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this person and their family. We ask for Your divine intervention in their financial situation. We pray that You guide them in managing their debts and provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory.
We pray for the person's husband, that You bless him, guide him, and help him return to his service. We ask that You grant him favor and approval in his endeavors. We also pray for their marriage, that You strengthen their bond, deepen their love, and help them respect and appreciate each other. We pray for the person to be the godly wife she needs to be and for the husband to be the godly husband he needs to be.
In all things, we ask that Your will be done, and that this family draws closer to You, seeking Your kingdom and righteousness first. We ask this in Jesus Christ name.
Help them understand that it is only by Jesus Christ that we can be saved and have access to you, our Heavenly Father.
Amen.
