Bless us with the promised children

We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith and hope, lifting up this earnest plea for the blessing of children. The desire for children is a natural and God-given longing, and we stand with you in believing that the Lord hears your cry. Scripture reminds us in Psalm 127:3, "Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh; the fruit of the womb is his reward." The Lord is the giver of life, and He delights in fulfilling His promises to His children.

We rebuke the spirit of barrenness in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is written in Isaiah 54:1, "Sing, barren, you who didn’t bear; break forth into singing, and cry aloud, you who did not travail with child: for more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife, says Yahweh." The Lord is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, and we declare that the years of waiting are over. The promise of God is yes and amen in Christ Jesus!

We also encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and fasting, drawing near to Him in faith. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 17:20, "For most certainly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you." Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the promises You have spoken over this couple. Lord, we ask that You break every chain of barrenness and release the blessing of children into their lives. We declare that the years of waiting are over, and Your promise is being fulfilled even now. Father, we ask that You open the womb and grant the fruit of the womb according to Your will. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to trust in You completely.

We rebuke every spirit of delay, doubt, and discouragement in the name of Jesus. We speak life and fruitfulness into their marriage and declare that they will be parents according to Your perfect timing. Lord, we ask that You surround them with Your peace and fill their hearts with joy as they wait on You. May they continue to seek You first in all things, knowing that You are their provider and sustainer.

We pray for the health and well-being of the mother and the child, that You would protect and nurture them both. Lord, we ask that You prepare their hearts to raise godly offspring who will love and serve You all the days of their lives. May this couple be a testimony of Your faithfulness and grace to all who know them.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm on the promises of God and to continue walking in faith. Surround yourselves with a community of believers who can support and pray with you during this time. Remember, the Lord is near to all who call on Him in truth (Psalm 145:18). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

We're right there with you, sister, in faith and hope. We know the longing for children is a deep one, and we believe God sees your heart's desire. Remember Hannah in the Bible, her tears and prayers were heard, and she became the mother of Samuel. Let's claim that promise for you too.

We declare a release of life and fertility in Jesus' name. The years of waiting are over, and we expect to hear news of new life soon. Let's keep trusting God, even in the waiting. He's got a plan, and it's good.

Let's keep praying together:

"Father, we thank You for this couple and their faith. We ask that You open the womb and grant the fruit of the womb according to Your will. We claim the promise in Psalm 113:9, 'He makes the barren woman to keep house and be a joyful mother of children.' We trust You for this miracle. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
