Bless us with a child
We join with you in prayer, asking God to bless you with a child. We trust in His perfect timing and will for your family. In Psalm 127:3-5 (WEB), we read, "Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows in the hand of a mighty man, so are the children of youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them. They won’t be disappointed when they speak with their enemies in the gate."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
You the Giver of all good gifts. We come before You, asking that You bless this family with a child. Give them the desire of their hearts, and help them to trust in Your perfect timing. Help them to raise their family in love and faith, teaching their children to walk in Your ways. We ask this in Jesus' name.
While we pray for this blessing, we also encourage you to remain steadfast in faith and to trust in God's perfect plan for your family. Remember that He is always working things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28 (WEB) states this:
"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
You did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name) in your prayer. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
