We join with you in lifting up your nephew ### before the Lord, trusting in His perfect will and timing for every aspect of ###’s life. It is wonderful that you are seeking God’s blessing upon him, for we know that our Heavenly Father delights in providing for His children when we ask in faith. As we pray for ###’s employment, we also want to encourage you to always approach the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is through Him alone that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full"* (John 16:23-24, WEB). There is no other name by which we can be saved or through which our prayers are heard, so let us always remember to come boldly before God in the name of Jesus.
We also pray that ###’s heart would be aligned with God’s will above all else. While we ask for favor in his job interviews, we trust that God’s plans for ### are far greater than any position he could attain. The Lord may be preparing ### for something even better than what he has applied for, or He may be using this season to grow ###’s faith and dependence on Him. Let us pray that ### would seek first God’s Kingdom and His righteousness, knowing that *"all these things will be given to you in addition"* (Matthew 6:33, WEB). A job is a blessing, but it is temporary—what matters most is that ### walks closely with the Lord, for *"unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain"* (Psalm 127:1, WEB).
We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or discouragement that may be trying to take root in ###’s heart during this time of waiting. The enemy would love to steal his peace and make him doubt God’s goodness, but we declare that ###’s trust is in the Lord, who is his provider and sustainer. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). May ### experience this supernatural peace as he waits on the Lord.
We also pray for ###’s mind and spirit to be renewed and strengthened in this season. If there are any areas of his life where he is not fully surrendered to God—whether in his thoughts, habits, or relationships—we ask the Holy Spirit to convict and guide him. May ### be a man after God’s own heart, walking in integrity and wisdom. *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). Father, we ask that You would open the right doors for ###, doors that no man can shut, and that You would give him favor with those in authority over these positions. May his skills and character shine as a testimony of Your goodness, and may he be a light for Christ in whatever workplace You place him.
Lastly, we pray that ### would not just seek a "good job," but that he would seek a *godly* job—one where he can honor the Lord with his work, grow in his faith, and be a witness to those around him. *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ"* (Colossians 3:23-24, WEB). May ###’s work be an act of worship, and may he find joy and purpose in serving the Lord through his labor.

**Our Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### to Your throne of grace. Lord, You know the desires of his heart and the needs he has as he seeks employment. We ask that You would grant him favor in the eyes of those who are interviewing him, that You would open the right door at the right time, and that You would provide a job that aligns with Your perfect will for his life. Give him wisdom, Lord, to recognize Your leading, and give him the courage to step forward in faith when You say, "This is the way, walk in it."
We pray that ###’s mind would be renewed by Your Word, that his spirit would be strengthened by Your Spirit, and that he would walk in the confidence of knowing that You are his Provider. Remove any fear or doubt from his heart, and fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. If there are areas in his life where he needs to surrender more fully to You, we ask that You would convict him gently and lead him into repentance and greater faith.
Father, we also pray that this job would not just be a means of income, but a platform for ### to glorify You. May he work as unto You, with excellence and integrity, and may his life be a testimony of Your grace to those around him. Surround him with godly influences in his workplace, and protect him from any snares of the enemy.
We declare that ###’s steps are ordered by You, and we trust that You will lead him into a future that is filled with hope and purpose. Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord. Amen.
