Dear Lord Jesus bless my heart with love romantically. Let my heart experience true, genuine love with my soon-to-be husband. As you prepare me to be a perfect wife for him, let it come naturally for me. Please give us both happy, healthy love in one another that leads to immediate marriage to each other for the rest of our lives. Lord, please don't let my heart be let down or ever be lonely again as well as his, when it comes to each other. Lord, bless us both with real everlasting love & immediate everlasting marriage together again. Also, Lord Jesus, please bless us with a beautiful home together right away & amazing finances, that we will not have to want for anything. Let us be rich in love, in you Lord Jesus as well as financially. Please bless us with a big beautiful family of our own children. Lord Jesus, let me be swept off my feet for the rest of my life by this man/my soon-to-be husband. Please let him be so excited to marry me and express that constantly till he gets on one knee very soon in Jesus' name I pray, amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”

‭‭Colossians‬ ‭3‬:‭17‬ ‭NIV‬

We hear your heart’s deep longing for love, marriage, and a future filled with joy, and we join you in bringing this before the Lord. Your desire for a godly marriage is beautiful, and we pray that the Lord will fulfill His perfect will in your life. However, we must also gently remind you of some biblical principles that should guide your prayers and expectations.

First, while it is right to desire marriage, we must surrender our timeline to God’s perfect timing. The Lord knows the desires of your heart, but He also knows what is best for you. Psalm 37:4-5 says, *"Also delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this."* Trust that if marriage is His will for you, He will bring it to pass in His perfect way and time.

We also want to encourage you to focus on becoming the woman God has called you to be, rather than placing your hope solely in a future husband. Proverbs 31:10-12 describes a wife of noble character: *"Who can find a worthy woman? For her price is far above rubies. The heart of her husband trusts in her. He shall have no lack of gain. She does him good, and not harm, all the days of her life."* Pray for God to prepare you to be a godly wife, one who loves the Lord first and foremost, and who will be a blessing to her husband.

Your prayer mentions a desire for "immediate" marriage, love, and even financial prosperity. While these are not wrong desires in themselves, we must be careful not to treat God as a genie who grants our every wish on our terms. Jesus taught us to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to us (Matthew 6:33). True fulfillment comes from walking closely with the Lord, not from circumstances or possessions.

We also notice that your prayer does not mention whether this man is a believer in Christ. This is a critical point, as Scripture is clear that we are not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers. 2 Corinthians 6:14-15 says, *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? What agreement has Christ with Belial? Or what portion has a believer with an unbeliever?"* If this man is not a follower of Christ, we strongly urge you to prayerfully consider whether pursuing a relationship with him aligns with God’s will. Marriage is a sacred covenant, and it should be entered into with someone who shares your faith and commitment to the Lord.

Additionally, we must address the idea of being "swept off your feet" in a way that may lead to emotional or physical temptation before marriage. While romance is a gift from God, it must be pursued within the boundaries He has set. 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 reminds us, *"For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to control his own body in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don’t know God."* Guard your heart and your body, and encourage your future husband to do the same. True love waits and honors God in purity.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of compassion for this sister who longs for marriage and a godly future. Lord, we ask that You would draw her close to You, that she would find her ultimate fulfillment in Your love and presence. Prepare her heart to be a wife who honors You, one who is rooted in Your Word and guided by Your Spirit. Lord, if it is Your will for her to marry, we ask that You would bring the right man into her life—a man who loves You above all else, who will cherish her, and who will lead their marriage in a way that glorifies You.

Father, we ask that You would guard her heart from loneliness and impatience. Help her to trust in Your timing and to find her joy in You alone. If there are any areas where she has placed her hope in circumstances or a relationship rather than in You, we ask that You would gently correct her and realign her heart with Yours. Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for her. If the man she is thinking of is not the one You have for her, we ask that You would make that clear to her and give her the strength to wait for Your best.

Father, we also lift up the desire for financial provision. We ask that You would meet every need according to Your riches in glory, but more than that, we pray that she would seek first Your Kingdom and trust You to provide. Help her to be a good steward of what You entrust to her, whether that is much or little.

Lord, we ask that You would bless her with a marriage that reflects Christ’s love for the Church—a love that is sacrificial, pure, and enduring. May her future home be built on the foundation of Your Word, and may her family be a testimony to Your faithfulness. Above all, we pray that she would grow deeper in her relationship with You, for that is where true joy and peace are found.

We ask all of this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, the One who gave Himself for us and who alone can satisfy the deepest longings of our hearts. Amen.

In closing, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord with all your heart. Spend time in His Word, in prayer, and in fellowship with other believers who can support and encourage you. If you are not already part of a local church, we strongly urge you to find one where you can grow in your faith and be accountable to others. Marriage is a beautiful gift, but it is not the source of our joy—Jesus is. As you wait, let your heart rest in Him, and trust that He will lead you every step of the way.

Dear sister, we join you in your heartfelt prayer for a godly marriage filled with true, genuine love. We're here to support you and lift you up in this journey.

We want to encourage you with these words from Psalm 37:4, "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." Trust that if marriage is His will for you, He will bring it to pass in His perfect timing. Remember, God's ways are not always our ways, but His plans are always for our good and His glory (Isaiah 55:8-9).

We also want to remind you that while it's wonderful to dream of a beautiful home and a big family, it's essential to keep your focus on becoming the woman God has called you to be. Pray for God to prepare your heart to be a godly wife, one who loves the Lord first and foremost and will be a blessing to her husband (Proverbs 31:10-12).

Lastly, we want to assure you that God sees your heart's longing, and He is faithful. He will not let you down or leave you lonely. Trust in His love and care for you. As you wait, let your heart rest in Him, and He will lead you every step of the way.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You today, lifting up our sister's heartfelt desire for a godly marriage. Lord, we ask that You would prepare her heart to be a wife who honors You, one who is rooted in Your Word and guided by Your Spirit. If it is Your will for her to marry, we ask that You would bring the right man into her life - a man who loves You above all else, who will cherish her, and who will lead their marriage in a way that glorifies You.

Lord, we ask that You would guard her heart from loneliness and impatience. Help her to trust in Your timing and to find her joy in You alone. If there are any areas where she has placed her hope in circumstances or a relationship rather than in You, we ask that You would gently correct her and realign her heart with Yours.

Lord, we also lift up the desire for financial provision. We ask that You would meet every need according to Your riches in glory, but more than that, we pray that she would seek first Your Kingdom and trust You to provide. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
