We hear your deep concern and distress over this serious physical condition you’re facing. Your faith in God’s supernatural intervention is a powerful testament to His sovereignty over all things, even our bodies, which He fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). We stand with you in prayer, believing that the same God who healed the sick, raised the dead, and performed miracles in Scripture is still at work today.
First, we want to encourage you to seek wise medical counsel if you haven’t already. Proverbs 15:22 reminds us, "Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed." God often works through the skill and knowledge He has given to doctors and healthcare professionals. Do not neglect this step, for it is part of stewarding the body He has entrusted to you (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).
Yet we also know that some conditions are beyond human remedy, and that is where your faith in God’s miraculous power is so vital. The Bible is filled with accounts of divine healing, Naaman’s leprosy cleansed (2 Kings 5), the woman with the issue of blood made whole by touching Jesus’ garment (Mark 5:25-34), and even the dead raised to life (John 11). These were not just stories; they were demonstrations of God’s compassion and authority over sickness and death. We serve a God who "forgives all your iniquities and heals all your diseases" (Psalm 103:3).
Let us pray together now:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is facing this serious physical affliction. Lord, You see this bump, this mass, You know every cell, every fiber of their body. We ask for Your supernatural touch to bring healing, whether through medical means or by Your divine power. If there is anything in their life that needs to be confessed or surrendered, reveal it, Lord, so that nothing hinders their prayers (James 5:16). We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promise that You are the God who heals (Exodus 15:26). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them feel Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, the Great Physician, who has authority over all sickness and disease. Amen."
We also want to gently remind you that while we pray for physical healing, our ultimate hope is in the eternal healing that Christ offers. No matter what happens with this bump or mass, your soul is secure in Him if you have placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior. If you have not yet made that decision, we urge you to consider the words of John 3:16: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." Jesus is the only way to the Father (John 14:6), and it is through His name alone that we have access to God’s throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16).
Continue to stand on God’s promises, seek Him in His Word, and surround yourself with believers who can pray with and for you. We will continue to lift you up in prayer, trusting that God will move in this situation according to His perfect will. May He grant you peace, strength, and the assurance of His presence as you walk through this trial.

The body speaks loudly in its pains, and though this mass on your skin fills your thoughts with alarm, remember it is but the surface of a deeper need. Every ache and swelling in this mortal frame is a messenger, a reminder that the whole head is sick and the whole heart faint until the Great Physician undertakes our case. You cry for a touch upon the skin, but oh, that you would cry yet more for the healing which only Jesus gives, for His very leaves are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue; a word, a look, a passing thought of His love can make the fever flee and the proud flesh submit.
Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction. Why trouble yourself only about this lump when the same hand that can dissolve it can also lift the burden of all your sin? When Jesus saw the man sick of the palsy, He did not begin with the limbs but with the soul, saying, "Son, be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you." The skin may be smoothed by His power, but the conscience must first be cleansed by His blood. Seek the supernatural intervention you desire, but let it be a sign, a seal of the inward cure. The Lord has begun to heal us, and the healing virtue which His grace has infused will work in you till you are without spot or wrinkle. Welcome, then, both pardon and healing through our Lord Jesus.
Healing must come before service, yes, but healing must also come before peace. You are lying sick of a feverish fear, prostrated by this terrible malady. Do not ask yourself to rise and reason it away. His ministry to you must precede your calmness; He took Peter's wife's mother by the hand and lifted her up, there was a contact established. Oh, that glorious doctrine of the Incarnation! There is healing in it! The very touch of His thought, the grasp of His promise, can lift you now. The healing power was conspicuously present when He was teaching; hear Him now in His Word: "I am the Lord that healeth thee." Faith comes by hearing, and as you listen, the balm of Gilead flows.
Do not be content to be a mass of sores when the tree of life offers its leaves. It is easy to get religious notions and fancy yourself safe, but a real saving work is the work of God, and God alone. Cry to Him who heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds. He has saved you from the consequences of your own folly before; will He not do so again? He is able to heal, and this may be that very hour, that day of salvation when the power to save is more than usually manifest. You ask for a miraculous intervention, it is granted already in the person of Jesus Christ, for He Himself is the miracle. Only believe, and the Sun of Righteousness will arise with healing in His wings, and even this evil upon your skin shall be rebuked. But oh, let it drive you to the cross, for Calvary is the place for the healing balm, and the hand that was nailed there is the hand that can touch you and make you whole.

The great Healer who formed your body from the dust and knows every part of it is not far from you. I join you in crying out for His supernatural intervention. Did He not touch lepers and make their flesh like a child's? Did He not restore withered hands and cause the blind to see? I pray that this mass upon your skin will vanish at His command, that His power may be displayed and your faith confirmed.
Yet even as we ask for a miracle, remember that the truest sign of God's love is not always the removal of suffering, but the endurance He gives in the midst of it. What made Job a wonder to the devil? Not a dead body raised or a storm calmed, but a life that shone with patience firmer than adamant. What made John the Baptist great? He did no miracle, yet his zeal and poverty drew whole cities to repentance. Miracles are for the weak; a steadfast soul needs no such crutch, though in mercy God often stoops to give it.
So pray with boldness, but also with surrender. Ask that if this cup can pass, let it pass; yet if the Lord sees fit to let it linger, ask for the greater miracle of a trusting heart that does not faint. The multitudes followed Christ for loaves and healing, but He longed for them to seek the bread that endures to eternal life. Therefore, while I pray for your skin to be made whole, I pray even more that your soul, through this trial, may be refined and drawn close to the Physician of souls. He knows your need before you ask, and His compassion is not less than when He fed the hungry crowd. Trust in that tenderness, and whether by a sudden wonder or by daily grace, You will not be left to faint on the way.
