As far as I know there are 365 statements in the Bible through which God tells us not to fear, so every day in the year is covered. My favored is:

2 Timothy 1:7 King James Version (KJV)
7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. (some translations say also ...a spirit of self discipline and self control).

Teach her how to believe you Jesus, talk to her, save her, deliver her from every attack in your precious name I pray. Jesus be the rock of her salvation, be her strong rock and tower and refuge and buckler and shield.

Let now weapon formed against her prosper, because this is her inheritance in Jesus name. Complete her salvation and conversion in all of your beauty, Jesus.

Listen to this, it is good for your case:

I want just to tell you that I tried something while I had breathing attacks today. I started to shout out the name of Jesus and asked him to help me and he really helped me. When you experience attack start to shout out for 5 minutes the name of Jesus, the name above all names. And try to address the person of Jesus, like He is the living being of flesh beside you, but being that has all the power to do anything and beat up anyone.
