Better Sleep

I have not been able to sleep well for about 15 years(I'm 54 now). I've tried meditation, prayer, etc, but my mind starts to wonder and I start thinking about things. It's hard to turn my mind off.

I request your prayers so that I may fall asleep faster, and even more important, stay asleep! I don't want to start taking anything to help me sleep unless you know something natural and safe to use.
