First, while you speak of decreeing and declaring things into existence, we must remember that our words have power only as they align with God’s Word and His sovereign will. Jesus taught us to pray, *"Your kingdom come. Your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth"* (Matthew 6:10 WEB). We do not create reality by our words alone—God is the Creator, and we are called to trust in Him, not in our own declarations. Proverbs 19:21 (WEB) reminds us, *"There are many plans in a man’s heart, but Yahweh’s counsel will prevail."*
You mention seeking a better job, a business, a government grant, and a bachelor’s degree—all good desires, but we must examine our motives. Are these pursuits for God’s glory, or merely for personal comfort? *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you"* (Matthew 6:33 WEB). We encourage you to surrender these goals to the Lord, asking Him to guide your steps and open doors according to His perfect plan.
We also notice your frustration with others—those you feel are hindering your progress. While it’s understandable to feel this way, Scripture calls us to respond with grace: *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men"* (Romans 12:18 WEB). Instead of speaking against others, let us pray for unity and wisdom in your relationships.
Now, regarding your mention of *"the blood of Jesus"*—this is powerful, but we must ensure it is not used as a mere phrase. The blood of Jesus is our atonement, our access to God, and our victory over sin.
