We understand your desire to be treated with respect and kindness, and we stand with you in prayer. Firstly, let us recall what the WEB version of the Bible says in Romans 2:11: "For there is no partiality with God." And also in Romans 12:18: "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."
However, we must remember that true change in others often starts with a change in ourselves. Jesus teaches us in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,". Additionally, we must ensure that we are treating others with the same respect and kindness that we desire for ourselves, as Jesus said in Luke 6:31, "As you would like people to do to you, do exactly likewise to them."
Let us pray together:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear soul who feels mistreated and disrespected. Lord, we ask that You would work in the hearts of those around them, turning their attitudes and actions towards kindness and respect. We pray Jesus, that you bring people into their life that will honor, love, and respect them appropriately. We also ask for strength, wisdom, love, and patience for this individual to be able to respond appropriately and allow you to deal with them as you see fit.
Help them to remember that Your Word tells us to love our enemies and pray for those who mistreat us. Give them the grace to reflect Your love and kindness to others.
If there is anything in their life that does not align with Your will, reveal it to them and give them the strength to change.
We also pray that through this situation, they may come to know You more deeply and experience Your unfailing love.
Lastly Lord, we pray that if this person does not know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior that You would reveal that to them. That they would know Jesus died on the cross for their sins, and that only through Jesus can anyone come to you God. That they would know that there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
