We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.
We have continued to bring before the Lord your burden for believers in the flood and for strength and endurance for the church, that new believers and those less grounded in the whole counsel of God would not be shaken by these birth pangs, but would be strengthened in faith. We have joined you in praying for rescue teams filled with Christ like love and unity, for workers to be released into the harvest as Jesus instructed us in Matt 9:35-37, and for the church to be prepared for coming storms, earthquakes, wars, famines, typhoons and persecution, while remaining faithful to preach the gospel and to teach everything Jesus commanded according to Matt 28:18-20 and Matt 24:4-13. We have also prayed with you that the Lord would keep His people from deception, false teaching and exploitation, that He would intercede for them according to Rom 8:34 and Heb 7:25, that their faith would not fail and that they would be able to strengthen their brothers and sisters as in Luke 22:32, and that He would raise up servants with understanding of the times as in 1 Chron 12:32 who will hear His warnings beforehand as in John 14:29.
