Been so exhausted

Beloved of All
Also from this relentless heat it’s like my whole body is reacting now from all that we’ve also been through with these injustices, had to miss appointments and so much to get done, need energy and strength. Please heal and help lord Jesus. Amen

We hear your cry for rest and restoration, dear one, and we lift you up before the throne of grace where mercy and help are always found. The weight of injustice, the relentless heat, and the mounting responsibilities can indeed drain both body and spirit, leaving you feeling overwhelmed. But we stand with you in prayer, declaring that the Lord is your strength and your shield, and He does not grow weary or faint.

The Word of God tells us in Isaiah 40:29-31, "He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." Even now, the Holy Spirit is interceding for you, aligning your heart with God’s perfect will. We rebuke the spirit of weariness and exhaustion in Jesus’ name, and we command your body to align with the healing power of Christ.

We also recognize the deep frustration of missed appointments and unfinished tasks. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Surrender those burdens to Him, He is not a God of confusion but of peace, and He will order your steps as you seek Him first.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is weary and heavy-laden. Lord, You see every injustice they’ve endured, every sleepless night, and every weight pressing upon their heart. We ask for Your supernatural strength to flood their body, mind, and spirit. Heal every part of them that has been affected by stress, exhaustion, and the heat of this season. Renew their energy, sharpen their focus, and restore their joy.

Father, we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn. We break the chains of anxiety and frustration, and we release peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Help them to cast every care upon You, knowing that You care for them deeply.

Lord, we ask that You would guide their steps, open doors of opportunity, and grant them favor in every appointment and responsibility before them. Let Your grace be sufficient, for Your power is made perfect in weakness. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in victory and testify to Your goodness.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We believe that as they wait upon You, they will rise up with renewed strength, just as the eagle soars. In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Hold fast to the promise in Psalm 30:5, "Weeping may stay for the night, but joy comes in the morning." This season of exhaustion is temporary, but God’s strength is eternal. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and remember that He is working all things together for your good. You are not alone, we are standing with you in faith, believing for your breakthrough.

We hear the weariness in your words, and we understand how cumulative it can feel, the relentless heat wearing down the body, the weight of injustices, and the frustration of missed appointments when there’s already so much to do. It’s no wonder your whole body is reacting; you’ve been carrying a heavy load for a long time, and the physical drain is very real.

Sometimes, when we’re this depleted, the most faithful thing we can do is pause and let God care for us through the simple, practical things we’d normally push past. If your body is sending strong signals, we’d gently encourage you to see a doctor, just to make sure nothing deeper needs attention. And if you can, give yourself permission to rest, even in small ways, and to reschedule what can wait without guilt. Your need for strength and refreshment isn’t a weakness; it’s a reminder that you’re human, and God sees you in that exhaustion.

You are not alone in this. We’re praying with you, and we trust that Jesus, who often withdrew to rest, draws near to you now.

Lord Jesus, you know the weight this dear one is carrying. Please bring relief from the heat and the bodily strain. Restore energy, grant deep rest, and open a clear path through the tasks that press in. In the places where injustice has worn them down, we ask for your justice and your peace. Heal what has been depleted, and help them to find moments of true recovery. In your strong name, Amen.

Exhaustion of body and spirit is a trial common to the saints, yet the Lord knows how to sustain His own. The relentless heat and the weight of injustices have wearied your frame, but remember that they who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. All strength apart from God is derived and will fail, but when you have no might, He increases strength. It is for your honor, comfort, and safety to renew your strength, not by your own efforts, but by waiting upon the Lord.

The very least thing about Christ, His leaves, as it were, is full of healing virtue. The leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and the smallest touch of His grace can restore your spent energies. Healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction, for when the Lord comes, the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings. When your own strength fails, your strength shall be to sit still while God arises and becomes your arm every morning.

The power of the Lord is present to heal even now, and He who forgives your sins will restore your strength. Cry to Him, and He will infuse His life into your weakness, for Christ's strength is made perfect in our feebleness. Let this be your comfort: the glory of your strength lies not in appointments kept or energy mustered, but in God alone. He will strengthen you in the Lord, fitly infusing and wisely balancing the very power you need.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

When you are involved in exhaustion and this relentless heat, learn from those who beg in the streets to give thanks to the Lord. They spend their whole life in begging, yet they do not blaspheme, are not angry, nor impatient, but make the whole narrative of their beggary in thanksgiving, magnifying God and calling Him merciful. He indeed that is perishing with hunger calls Him merciful, but you who are living with many blessings, if you cannot get everything you wish, call Him cruel. How much better is he! How will he condemn us! God has sent the poor through the world as common teachers in our calamities, and consolation under them. Give thanks to God.

Prayer is a mighty weapon if it be made with a suitable mind. Continued entreaty has overcome shamelessness, and injustice, and savage cruelty, and overbearing rashness. The persistent widow was heard, and continued assiduity made her worthy who was unworthy. Let us apply ourselves to prayer. It is a saving medicine, and has power to prevent sins, and to heal misdeeds. It has turned back wars, it has benefited an entire nation though undeserving. I have heard their groaning, He says, and am come down to deliver them.

Do not think that those who suffer injustices are greater sinners, or that the heat and missed appointments are signs of God's abandonment. Think ye that they alone were sinners upon whom the tower fell down? Nay, I say unto you, but except ye repent, ye also shall suffer the same things. Yet do not despair. For perhaps when we have come to the very gates of hell, it may be possible to recover, to renew our strength, to lay hold on eternal life! The Word of God is quick and powerful, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. He knows your frame and your need for energy and healing. Heal therefore your own soul through earnest prayer and thanksgiving, and He will send help to accomplish what is set before you.

The weariness you are feeling, body and soul, is no small thing. When the relentless heat beats down and the weight of injustices settles deep, it can feel as though even the simplest tasks demand more than you have. But the Lord is not far from you in this. He is Yahweh Rapha, the God who heals, and He meets you in the place of your need. Jesus spent so much of His earthly ministry touching broken bodies and restoring strength. He has not changed. His power to heal and to sustain is still at work today, and you can cry out for that very touch.

Sometimes our physical exhaustion becomes a reminder that we have been running on our own reserves. When we neglect the inner man, the spiritual part of us that must draw life from God, we find our own strength small and insufficient. The Lord promises to give strength to His people, not a mere boost of energy, but the enduring kind that carries you through the valley of weeping and turns it into a place of refreshment. As you ask Him for help, let even the discomfort of this heat point you toward the sweetness of His presence. Let the longing of your body become a longing for Him.

Prayer is not another task on your long list. It is the very place where strength is renewed. Jesus Himself, when exhausted, went up into the mountain to pray, finding there the strength to continue. In that secret place with Him, you can release your faith for healing. You can ask Him to touch you in a way you may even feel, or to begin a gradual work that restores you step by step. The point is not what you feel but that you are looking away from your own ability and trusting in His.

Do not let anyone lay a burden of guilt on you for being weary or unwell. We do not always understand why some are healed in an instant and others are carried through a longer process. God’s ways are far beyond our finding out, but healing in all its forms is a sovereign work of His hand. Sometimes He heals the body suddenly. Other times He heals the mind and emotions first, bringing peace to the scars that have drained your strength. Right now, simply bring Him your weakness. Admit that you have no strength in yourself, and let that admission become the point of contact for His power to flow in.

The Lord is your strength and your shield. As you trust in Him, you will not be put to shame. Those who rely on themselves faint in the day of adversity, but the one whose strength is in the Lord goes from strength to strength. Your day is not defined by the appointments you missed or the tasks that remain. It is held by the God who sits enthroned over all. May He bless you with His peace and lift you up. May the touch of Jesus bring energy to your body and calm to your mind. He is willing to meet the needs of His people. Rest your weakness in His hands now.
