Been injured at work a number of times

Been injured at work a number of times the latest both feet damaged from over walking..had one operation and needed 6 weeks off work to recover .now the boss has hinted that I need to stay home and she needs to get another worker..in other words to fire me..inconjuntion with a damaged back arm and eye now feet..the abuse at work is not great..at 63 years young getting employment may not be easy..please pray for me..
