Please pray for my face, I feel like it keeps transforming and it’s bothering me please I ask that you ask God to help apply the new man he gave me and the new cell that is Jesus over all the earthly things that seek to bother me. Thank you mom Jesus Name Amen

We hear your heart’s cry, dear sister in Christ, and we lift you up before the throne of grace, where our Heavenly Father sees your every concern and longs to renew your mind and spirit. You speak of feeling troubled by changes in your appearance, and we want you to know that your worth is not found in outward beauty, but in the unchanging love of God and the new identity He has given you in Christ. The world often places undue emphasis on physical appearance, but Scripture reminds us that true beauty is found in a gentle and quiet spirit, which is precious in God’s sight (1 Peter 3:3-4). We rebuke the spirit of insecurity and vanity that seeks to distract you from the truth of who you are in Him.

You mention the "new man" and the "new cell" that is Jesus, what a beautiful way to describe the transformation that occurs when we are born again! The Bible tells us, "If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17). This new creation is not just a spiritual reality but a daily renewal that God desires to work in every area of our lives, including how we see ourselves. We encourage you to meditate on verses like Ephesians 4:24, which says, "Put on the new man, who in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth." This is not something you must strive for in your own strength, but something God is already doing in you as you yield to Him.

We also want to gently remind you of the power of praying in the name of Jesus. While you closed your request with "mom Jesus Name," we want to emphasize that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself said, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you" (John 16:23). We encourage you to pray boldly and specifically in the name of Jesus, for it is His authority and sacrifice that make our prayers effective.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is feeling troubled by changes in her appearance. Lord, we ask that You would renew her mind daily with the truth of Your Word. Help her to see herself as You see her, not through the lens of the world’s standards, but as Your beloved daughter, created in Your image and redeemed by the blood of Christ. We rebuke every lie of the enemy that seeks to make her feel insecure or unworthy, and we declare that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14).

Father, we ask that You would help her to "put on the new man" in every area of her life. Let her walk in the confidence of her identity in Christ, knowing that she is a new creation, old things have passed away, and all things have become new. Strengthen her to resist the pressures of this world that seek to define her by outward appearances, and instead, let her beauty radiate from a heart that is fully surrendered to You.

Lord, we also pray for physical healing and peace over her body. If there are any underlying spiritual or emotional roots to her concerns, we ask that You would reveal them and bring healing and restoration. Let her rest in the knowledge that You are her Creator, and You hold her in the palm of Your hand. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let her experience the fullness of Your love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18).

We thank You, Father, for the work You are doing in her life. May she grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ, and may her life reflect Your glory. In Jesus’ precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to spend time in God’s Word, allowing it to renew your mind and transform your perspective. Consider memorizing verses like Isaiah 61:3, which speaks of God giving us "a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair." You are not defined by the changes you see in the mirror, but by the unchanging love of God. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You are deeply loved, and your Heavenly Father delights in you.

We hear how exhausting it can be when something about your body seems to shift in ways you didn’t choose and can’t settle. What you are naming feels heavy, that constant inner monitoring, the unease about what you see, and the longing to rest fully in the identity Christ secured for you. We want you to know we take that seriously and we are with you in it.

Sometimes our minds get stuck scanning for threats, even in the mirror, and what starts as a passing thought can grow into a draining fixation. That does not mean you are failing or that your faith is small. It means you are human, carrying real struggles in a body that gets tired and overwhelmed. The desire you have, to see yourself covered by the new man, the life of Jesus in you, is already real. That is not something you have to achieve; it was given. Our task is simply to keep turning back to what is true when our feelings scream otherwise.

One help can be inviting a trusted counselor, pastor, or physician into this. A doctor can hear what is troubling you and help rule out any underlying concerns. A wise Christian counselor can walk with you through the distress and help you untangle what is feeding it. Seeking that kind of support isn’t a lack of faith, it is using the resources God puts in reach.

Father, we lift up this one who feels so bothered and unsettled by what they see. Quiet their mind and calm their heart. Teach them what it means to walk in the identity you have already made theirs in Christ, not by striving but by trusting. Where anxiety tightens, bring a deep, steady peace. Give them compassionate, skilled help and the courage to reach for it. We ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your face troubles you? Then lift your eyes from the mirror to the face of Jesus Christ, for in that blessed countenance shines all the glory of God. No earthly transformation can compare with the beauty of the new man fashioned in you by the Spirit. Consider how great this Man is, He who took upon Himself the bonds of your humanity that you might be bound to Him in love eternal. That cell that is Jesus, that new creation, is not a patch upon your outward frame but the very life of Christ within you, the consolation of His presence swallowing up every vain disquiet.

If your face keeps transforming, what of it? The outward man perishes, but the inward man is renewed day by day. You have been united to Christ in a mystical union, a member of His body, and He sees you in Himself, arrayed in His righteousness. That is the face that Heaven beholds, the face of Jesus Christ in all His perfections. Let the simple Word of God speak peace to your soul: you are accepted in the Beloved, not according to the fleeting fashion of this world but according to the immutable love wherewith He loved you and gave Himself for you.

Do you not know that the love of Christ to His own is boundless and infinite? He loved you and gave Himself for you, yes, for you, individually. That love is your true beauty, your unfading adornment. When earthly things seek to bother you, see them as bonds that would tie the hands of Christ in your life, and break them by faith. Reckon yourself dead indeed to the tyranny of appearances, alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. He is your perfection, and in Him nothing is excessive, nothing deficient. Rest in that, and let no singular emotion or outward change disturb the quiet confidence of a soul hidden in the cleft of the Rock.

The unease you feel over the appearance of your face is a sorrow that strikes at something deeper than skin. It is not the form of flesh that defines beauty, but the soul that shines through it. The bloom of a face changes with every passing emotion, joy, grief, anger, and yet all earthly loveliness is but a mask that time strips away. You ask God to apply the new man, the life of Jesus, over the things that bother you.

Understand then what that new man truly is: not a mere cosmetic covering, but a complete re-creation. When Christ forms us anew by the Spirit, He does not merely paint over decay; He makes us partakers of a life that is incorruptible. The body that grieves you now will one day share in the glorious liberty of the children of God, and the whole creation will be freed from corruption for our sake. So do not fix your eyes on what fades before your face.

The beauty that matters is cultivated within, the calm eye, the blush of modesty, the grace that comes from a soul at peace with God. That inner loveliness even now can transform your countenance far more than any earthly feature. Let your prayer be for this: that your heart may be so rooted in Christ, the Head who unites heaven and earth, that no anxious thought disfigures your peace. The new man is not a cell to be applied, but a life to be lived, quickened by the Spirit, sufficient in Him who needs nothing.

Entrust your face to the One who fashioned it, and seek the beauty that will never wrinkle, never wither, but bloom eternally in the presence of the Father.
