Be Anxious for Nothing -- Pray about Everything (Phil 4:6)...

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Phil 4:6









Prayer is the safeguard for anxiety. Not only is it clearly referenced here by Paul, but also it is highlighted by Jesus Christ the Son of God (Wisdom Himself) to Not worry, Not worry, Not worry, but ask, seek and knock (Matt 6 - 7).









Peter says the same thing -- what else is casting your anxiety, care and worry on the Lord but true prayer?
